I ordered a safe slice mandolin from this company. It was late arriving but when it did arrive I was unable to use it. The food Shute does not stay in place because the catch to hold it is not strong enough. I emailed them but it took me 3 emails before I got a response. I was told I could return the item to China at my own expense and to be tracked as well. I replied and said no, I wasn't doing that. So then I was offered 50% refund which I am still waiting for even though I have emailed on numerous occasions. This is a scam company and I would advise people not to buy from this company.

Have not revived the product yet and therefore cannot comment on either supply or product quality

Appalling Customer Service. Did not answer emails until I threatened to contact Trading Standards. Then I was told that if I wanted to return a £40 Body Trimmer, I would have to return it to China. Er I don't think so at a cost of about £15+ to return via tracked postage. Eventually accepted a 50% refund and kept the item so will try and sell it now to recoup the rest of the cost.

Hello, I wanted to pay using a credit card but it kept coming up by me having to use PayPal, somehow eventually I got the option to pay by credit card, which I did, then using gave me the option to continue shopping so I thought what I had bought would make good Christmas gifts for my brother and sister, so I put my card details in again but it’s been declined so I’ve got to find out why, hope it’s not your end.

Ordering was an absolute dawdle.

I have emailed three times now about not receiving my order, cordless electric scissors. They were ordered 1st Nov 24 and its now the 22nd Nov not only have I not received order but they they have not even bothered to reply to my emails. Avoid this awful company at all costs. Mrs s bird

The product descriptions are misleading, the customer service is dreadful, and they took almost 2 weeks to respond to a product return request. They ship from a UK location but expect you to return the items at your cost to CHINA despite the reason for requesting a refund is that the product description was misleading and the item was not fit for purpose !! The only way that I made any progress in getting a refund was by going through PayPal, who reviewed the supporting communications between GeorgeShop and myself, assessed the validity of my case, and found in my favour.

Was satisfied with the product. However, disappointed with the advertised 15% which never happened at check out, there was no facility for it to be inserted.

An absolutely sham company, I ordered a mirror dashcam and received it about 6 weeks later only to find it completly damaged. I emailed them on numerous occassions just to be ignored. Even tried the mobile to get contunous voicemils with never getting an answer from them! Stay well away from this company. Ther're a bunch of con artists!!!

They keep saying that I've received my goods but I haven't the courier asnt taken a photo for proof I won't be ordering from them again

Ordered a laptop stand and they sent a tiny tablet stand. No response to emails, no address to return the item, no phone number.
I wish had checked them out here first, what an idiot.

It was easy to order but most of all from the video demonstration it is just what I wanted - something to make nail trimming easy.
