My initial review that I wrote about cardio mate app was that it wasn't easy to use and I gave it a one-star rating. When they reached out and asked for my feedback which I gave them, I was impressed by that and I upped it to a three. I am fine with being charged the $9.99 for the initial trial to test it out but not being charged the $39.99. I communicated with them and explained that I canceled during the trial and they have refunded my $39.99. I do hope others have more success with the program than me because it could be a very useful tool.

They do not show under apple subscription so it is not obvious you are being charged as they use auto payments on your PayPal. Money was only taken and within minutes I got in contact. Reply was that I have an auto payment so they are allowed to take the money and do not need to refund.

I ordered an app yesterday and was charged twice for it. I want a refund and cancellation. I don’t trust this company, and it looks like that’s a very common complaint. Shady.

Charged my account without warning for an app that I downloaded and then deleted. I was not told that I had subscribed to the app or that payments would be taken from my account. Terribly unethical business model at best, just a straight up scam at worst. Beware of this company!

I believed that my Paypal account had been used fraudulently to purchase products from Gismart.
I was trying to dispute this with Paypal who say I authorised the payment. I did not believe I had, as I did not recognise the name Gismart.
I tried to send this message to Gismart: 'Please advise of what steps I can take. I have never ordered or received anything from you.' but their contact page does not seem to be working.
HOWEVER, after reading through the reviews on ths page, I understand what has happened. In February, I downloaded Dancefit, blissfully unaware that I would be automatically put on subscription (and very expensive, too - £56.86 a quarter!). Dancefit was such a poor quality app that I stopped using it after three attempts and forgot all about it. I had no idea the company was Gismart, and so was alarmed when I saw payment going out to them.
I very much agree with what other people have said and feel it is incredibly unethical of Gismart to take subscriptions without alerting their customers that payment is about to go out. But, if the rest of their products are of equally poor quality, this is probably their only way to make money. There will be plenty of us falling for this trick. Personally, I'd like a refund of the £56.86. I've contacted my bank to block any further payments.

Ich habe direkt per Paypal bezahlt, kann mich aber nicht einloggen.
Bei der Überpürfung habe ich dann festgestellt, dass das Angebot nicht wie angegeben für 3 Monate war sondern nur für einen Monat.
Man schließt automatisch ein Abo ab, was dann doppelt so teuer ist. Beim Abschluß wwar das nicht ersichtlich. Ich dachte, ich schließe für 3 Monate für ca. 20,97 € einen Vetrag.
Hätte ich nicht Probleme mit dem einloggen, hätte ich das überhaupt nicht bemerkt.
Das geht schon in Richtung Abzocke. Das Abo konnte ich dann über Paypal stornieren.
Leider kann ich immer noch nicht die App nutzen und einen Widerruf gibt es angeblich auch nicht. Das erste Mal hat die firma direkt geantwortet, auf nochmalige Anfrage wegen dem einloggen kam jetzt seit heute Morgen keine Antwort mehr.

Found Gismart are taking £56 per quarter from my PayPal account. Didn't recognise the purchase, asked for clarification and refund. NO REFUNDS!! £150 later - money down the drain.

Total rip off. With one of the worst services i had seen. They tried charging me 69 euros for absolute no service claiming that i automatically subcribed to the app by downloading it. Worst part is the app called Dancebit in this case was an app i elimitated immiediately after downloading it because the content was increidibly lame, it was an absolute dissapointing that on top of having an awful app..they were also a scam.

TOTAL RIP OFF TRICKSTER COMPANY. Today I went to Apple Store to download the Woofz app for dog training. A 3-month subscription was $29.95. (didn't know at the time, but have since learned, that after 3 mo. they would automatically charge me $59.99 for another 3 months!!) Paid for it via PayPal and went into on my phone. After the short introduction, they required me to buy a "book" for $7.99 or the program would not continue. Can you believe the rip off of that? I have filed a complaint with the company which charged me under the name GISMART LIMITED. What a low brow trick!!!

A total scam - they promote a free app and then charge you nearly $90 saying it is non refundable and there is no way to even see this in the download process.

One of my kids looked at a dance app. Just looked at it, then suddenly I get a deduction for $250AUD, no warning, no email. Nothing. I have reported it to Paypal. This shonky scam needs to be stopped.

Gismart charges just kept showing on my paypal. I had to cancel it from the bank because it doesn't show what I am paying for.
I find companies like Huel and IL Makiage so much more ethical as they notify you 2-3 days before the next debit probably because they have excellent products and don't need to sneak money out.

the thing it's "YOUR PROBLEM" If you had morals and some business sense you should realise how many people you've mislead, and change ya attitudes and the misleading sales pitch which is set out for the whole and only reason to get people to click on that little spot to deceitfully make you's $$$$$$. Don't ya realise with these reviews and word of mighty mouth will eventually bring your sales to an end? But that is probably your plan. Rack up some huge bills, don't pay them {with all that money you legally stole of us if that makes sense} and file for bankruptcy and more people will be out of pocket. "But wait there's more". Te ofrecen un plan semanal por 6,90€ y cuando aceptas te estas suscribiendo mensualmente, sin saber si te gusta o no automáticamente te realizan unos cobros mensajes de 38€ a través de PayPal, cuando reclamo (y menos mal q me doy cuenta ) me dicen q esta todo en las condiciones, qsi, q está eso sí con un tamal de letra q hay q usar lupa, y encima en inglés y tienen la desfachatez de mandarme el pantallazo.
Estoy atónita! creo q voy a denunciar.
Quisiera resaltar que a pesar del disgusto inicial, la empresa ha respondido a mi solicitud, ha comprendido que a aunque la información no era engañosa, si q podía llevar a confusión, con lo cual me han dado la razón y me han devuelto el dinero, actitud muy loable en estos días q corren, así q cambio mi opinión y les doy cuatro estrellas, no puedo dar cinco pq no veo q pongan claro lo de la suscripción, a ver si lo revisan ellos también igual q yo he revisado mi reseña
