Leider sind sämtliche Postkarten verschollen. Angeblich sind die auf dem Weg zum Sorting Hub.
Das sind sie allerdings schon seit 7 Monaten -.-
Einfach unterirdisch.

Wurde mir im Postkartenshop verkauft und ich habe erst später gemerkt, dass es keine reguläre Post ist.

Briefmarken für fast den doppelten Preis gekauft. Nach über einem halben Jahr sollen die Postkarten nach Deutschland angeblich zugestellt worden sein. Leider auf Touristenmasche reingefallen.

Absolutely disgusting service. This company is a scam and one of many scams that a lot of the tourist centric shops in italy seem to accept day to day. Go to a real post office. Don't accept the 'is this going to the uk' chat. I have 3 cards. I sent them in September. It's now mid January and they are 'ready to be sorted' according to the tracking.

6 cartes postales envoyées pour la France depuis Venise, aucune n' est arrivée. Arnaque totale. On a payé pour rien !

Bereits zweieinhalb Monate sind die Postkarten nun schon im Status "bereit für Zustellung".
Teurer als die offizielle Post, aber kein bisschen besser!

I so wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased stamps for postcards in Florence. So frustrating that the shop didn’t give us an option as to what stamps to buy.

This should never be allowed to be sold. What a disappointment. We did not realized that These were special stamps and they do not work at all. 6 purchased and written postcards wasted for nothing

Overpriced stamps and the post cards weren't even on their way after 2 weeks. Don't use this service

I got scammed by GNP/GPS on my last trip to Venice. When walking by a tabaccheria I noticed a sign that offered postcards including stamps. With great anticipation, I thought this would make a fantastic surprise for my family at home, not knowing that this choice would completely ruin my vacation in the end.

Without any further information, I was handed a paper bag with fancy looking stamps. However, the bag had printed on a strange note saying I was only allowed to put them in orange instead of red mail boxes. Luckily, I read the information before putting my postcards into the red box right in front the store where ironically I had just bought the stamps. During the following evening, I came to the realization that there is not a single orange post box in the entire city of Venice. Moreover, the provided locations on GNP‘s website were all wrong and the QR codes on the stamps not scannable. I spent the rest of my evening desperately searching for one of the orange boxes without any success before I finally had to board my train back home.

Note: I just saw that GNP always replies to bad ratings here in a standardized manner and asks you to contact their customer service. Please do not let yourself be fooled by this since the customer service is not helpful in any way. After having been promised a refund, I got insulted for the numerous negative reviews of other aggrieved customers and even indirectly was made fun of for not using the official Italian Postal Service, not to mention that my refund was completely denied in the end. Do not waste your time and energy on expecting any kind of help from this dubious and incredibly rude company.

Pagato più del classico francobollo, applicazione in realtà inutile, comunica sempre che la cartolina è in viaggio, tempi assurdi per il transito, e quando insperatamente é arrivata a destinazione, la app la segna ancora come in transito.

Ho speso 2euro a francobollo per un totale di 12 euro in un tabacchino al centro di Trapani ,ignara che non fossero di poste italiane ,comunque dopo 1 mese ancora il nulla …ladri Mai piu

€ 2 di francobollo per una cartolina spedita all'interno del territorio in data 17 agosto 2025 e non ancora recapitata dopo più di due settimane risulta "QUASI pronta per la essere distribuita". No comment.

I bought the cards and stamps from a tobacconist in Montepulciano. I wrote them out to send but then I ran into the same problem as many others - where to find an orange mailbox. I found their customers on the GPS website and yesterday in Perugia asked for advice from a tobacconist. The guy said with amusement that they haven't cooperated for a while. I don't feel like looking for orange mailboxes or advice on sending cards anymore. So I'll drop the cards myself into my friends' mailboxes, so they'll get beautiful cards from Italy and be delighted.

Bei den ganzen Negativen Erfahrungen dachte ich, dass meine Karten nicht ankommen werden. Aber: sie haben es geschafft, nach fast vier Wochen Laufzeit. Aber sie sind da. :)
Was allerdings stimmt, die Sendungsverfolgung bringt nicht viel, da ab der italienischen Grenze nichts aktuelles mehr angezeigt wird.
Ich würde nächstes Mal trotzdem die Post oder vatikanische Post nehmen, da geht’s deutlich schneller und günstiger.

Auch ich bin in diese Falle getappt… Ich habe ahnungslos und überteuerte Briefmarken in einem Tabacchi in Italien gekauft. Las aber, dass man die frankierten Postkarten nur in einen orangenen Briefkasten werfen darf - und da wurde ich stutzig.. Ich wollte dann Briefmarken von der italienischen Post kaufen, bekam aber nirgends welche. Früher bekam man in jedem Tabacchi welche (von der Post). Dafür muss man eine Poststelle aufsuchen, und die haben oft kurze oder ungewöhnliche Öffnungszeiten. Ich habe meine Postkarten dann trotzdem in einen GPS Briefkasten geworfen - vor 2 Wochen… und sie sind immer noch unterwegs… Eine absolute Abzocke! Ich verstehe nicht, dass man diese Firma nicht aus dem Verkehr ziehen kann..! Und die einfach weitermachen dürfen!
