Affordable, accurate transcriptions with great customer service
Having GMR do transcriptions has saved us a ton of time and money. Transcriptions are overall very accurate, and my contact at GMR has been very helpful in answering questions, quick to give me updates, and generally courteous.

Prices for transcripts are reasonable especially for a quick turnaround. GMR Transcription is a reliable source. Uploading the documents was very easy and my estimate was fair and accurate. They were also prompted with responding to my questions over the phone.

I think the translation should be letterheadpaper with the translator signature and stamp.
I really didn't like that I had to call to ask for some proof of who translated my both certificate.

Great customer service
GMR transcribed many files for us. We even received an email from Julie letting us know that the text in one of our files was cut off, and couldn't be transcribed. We re-scanned the file, and she had someone promptly transcribe it to meet our deadline.

Overall good experience
GMR is easy to use and the turnaround time is great. The pricing is very competitive. My only complaint is that sometimes the quality of the transcription is not quite where I'd like it to be, but it is definitely good, especially at the price point.
