Overall the best company for your transcription and translation needs
I absolutely love this company! After trying several transcription companies i found GMR to be the best, they definitely stand out from other companies. They offer exceptional customer service, their rates are vary cost effective, and they offer quick turnaround times to meet every deadline. It's comforting to know that are dedicated and they strive to keep all of their clients happy. The quality of their transcripts are just phenomenal! I've sent several documents for translation as well as audios for transcription and I have to say that I was very impressed with the outcome, my transcripts were on point! I highly recommend GMR for all transcription and translation needs,I am beyond satisfied. I've made this company my go to for all projects, their upload process is also very fast and easy to use. Timely and competitive
I would highly recommend GMR Transcription Services.
After reviewing the site and speaking with them directly, I felt very comfortable sending my recordings.
The cost was very competitive to what I found in the market place during my search.
They came within the contracted time frame with no mistakes. Believe me, in my business, one decimal or comma off can wreak havoc. And I would not be happy.
My transcriptionist understood my needs and and did not fail in following through.
I will definitely use GMR again.

Customer Service Rocks!
I have been using GMR for over a year now and am amazed at how polite, responsive, and helpful the staff is. They are always available to answer my questions and get my special instructions met. The transcripts have always been top notch (much better than what I could have done myself!) and usually come back to me faster than expected.
I used a different service before I found GMR and although they were a little less expensive, I was horrified with their lack of customer service and even worse was the transcripts they did for me. The transcripts were littered with errors that I couldn't even use the transcript. I guess the "you get what you paid for" saying truly applies.
Anyways, I really have no negative things to say about GMR. Just glad I found them!

Reliable and Accurate Services
I have had issues in the past using some $1 per min transcription companies because they were never accurate, and they had poor customer service. Ever since I discovered GMR, I have found their rates to be very competitive and their services to be superior than that of other transcription companies I have used in the past. I will continue to use their services. Thank you GMR for doing such a great job on my project. I cannot recommend GMR enough!

Fast and efficient same-day transcription
I have used GMR for going on 8 years now, after switching from a very expensive service based in NYC. Overall, GMR's service has improved over that time; the website is easier to navigate, process and track files, and the quality of transcriptions is generally very good if the recording quality is good. Best of all, GMR's gatekeepers are attentive to my needs for quick turnaround and do their best to deliver files promptly.

Excellent service with very fair pricing, highly recommend!
It was really easy to navigate the GMR Transcription site and signing up for my account only took a couple of minutes. Uploading my audio file for transcription was very easy and I selected the time frame I wanted. All very simple and easy to understand.
I received my transcript a day early and it was very well done. The whole experience was really great. Anyone needing transcription or translation services should use GMR, very good company.

Fantastic Service! Accurate Transcripts!
I used GMR to transcribe about 13 focus groups and they did an excellent job. The transcripts came back on time and transcripts were error-free. I even called a few times to ask some questions and was helped by a live person right away. I plan to continue to use them for any future audios I record.

Mixed results
Translating from English to Spanish: extremely poor. Our client decided to do it themselves after receiving the translation from GMR.
Deadlines: Vaires. Had a job that the transcriptionist couldn't finish by their EOD on a Friday with the due date of Friday. They sent an email stating that they couldn't finish and will continue working on it Monday. Anyother business you work till it gets done to meet deadlines!
Quality: For simple transcription work the cost is good and process is acceptable.
