GO Outdoors - Banbury Avaliações 

Called in to Go Outdoors Banbury to look at walking boots as I'm signed up to Trek 26. A 26 miler around the Jurassic Coast in June to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Shaun spent a good 30-40 minutes with me going through various brands and types of boots. I went in with a particular boot in mind, but found they weren't all that supportive and either cramped or too big.
Shaun was able to help me narrow the choice down to a pair of Brashers which are just perfect. He also showed me a better way of tying the laces which gave me much more support in the ankle.
We talked about socks and he got me some Merino wool medium weight to try. The combination are amazing. I'm now really looking forward to getting some miles done in them. Thanks Shaun, great service.

Shaun took the time to help me choose the right walking boot. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He taught me a much better way to tie my boots better. He didn’t rush me, even though he was assisting other customers at the same time. The store was very clean, and the lady on the till was also very friendly. Great store!

Fully kitted out for my long hike with the fantastic help of Jess who was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The clothing and equipment is all top quality and Banbury is now my ‘Go to’ branch.

We were met by Shaun. His enthusiasm made sure we understood how to use the collapsible cool bag. Nothing was too much trouble and we are veryy pleased with Go Outdoors and Shaun.

It's all about Shaun! Super helpful, massively knowledgeable and nothing was too much effort to make sure we got the right product (Brasher walking boots in this case).

Will choose to travel to this store rather than Coventry just for the staff experience

Great range of DofE recommended kit. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, in particular Shaun's expert advice when choosing an expedition rucksack.

Came in originally looking for some climbing gloves but were out of stock, had a good chat with Shaun about alternatives, bonded over some combined hiking experiences and decided to try some La Sportiva approach shoes for the summer, Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer, ended up purchasing several items, great team all around and cashiers were also helpful, very pleasant visit and will be going back soon.

What a refreshing change to visit a store with quality products & knowledgeable staff. This was our 2nd visit to the Banbury store after visiting a similar store on the same retail park (no names but Ben Nevis Everest etc come to mind…) what a difference! Bought exactly what I was looking for after receiving first class & genuine interest in what I was after.
Shaun was great to deal with, very professional with a sense of humour too!

Everyone was so helpful and polite from the moment I walked in the door. I’m going travelling and was after some kit but didn’t know where to start. Shaun was incredible and helped me choose a great bag, he took his time showing me all of the features and giving his honest opinion which was really appreciated!
