Very disappointed with the company Go Outdoors initially. But appeased at the check out by a member of staff. Viv was able to let me use a 10% discount, and with a very pleasant manner. She seemed to be really enjoying her job and very aware of how concerned I was, being a good customer of GoOutdoors, and succeeded in talking me into completing my purchase, having initially missing out on a members discount online, as they're systems were at fault.

Buying walking boots
My husband and I went in on Saturday to buy new walking boots. There was a really good selection and plenty of sizes available. Brandon was really helpful, giving us advice and bringing out A LOT of boots. He was so patient and friendly. Came away with two perfect pairs of boots. Looking forward to our next hike to try them out

We were greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed straight away. The staff are all very knowledgeable when you want advice and are happy to talk to you about your specific needs. Viv who served us, was brilliant. Me and my fiance bought some hiking shoes and she was ever so friendly and made the whole process of buying the shoes clear and easy. 10/10
