Excellent service
John helped me today. I was looking for some advice on walking boots. He was knowledge and, despite being very busy with several customers, he took time to ensure I was satisfied with my options. He even recommended some inserts that might help with some of the problems I have been experiencing.
The person at check out was also very helpful, I think her name was Nancy. All in all I received excellent service today.

I went in to purchase my first pair of climbing shoes. With little knowledge of what I was doing I asked for help and received 5 star service from the entire but also Max ⭐️! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about shoes and which would be best for me and my level. This service will definitely make me return to this store.

Very helpful
