Go Rentals is the way to go!
Go Rentals was extremely helpful as I booked a vehicle. They were very prompt with replies and no question was silly. Brent the multitasker who did it all was great, awesome communication. They have a great variety of vehicles 🚗 and the deals were good. I will def be using them again.

The vehicle was in great condition and the size is exactly what we were after, it was clean and did not smell like cigarettes and the staff were very helpful, the process of returning it was just as quick as picking it up. would definitely rent with them again on our next trip. The pickup point from the Queenstown airport was just across the road super convinient.

Easy process to book rental, pick up & drop off car. They were able to change our booking with ease at the last minute. Customer service was pleasant even though our plane arrived after midnight, because flight was delayed.

Friendly Staff and Easy Procedure

While we had the vehicle we decided to extend our rental for a further four days and the staff at go Go Rentals where considerate and efficient in regards to our request. I found our experience in dealing with Go Rentals, Auckland, friendly and accommodating.

Everything worked perfectly with this car rental company. They arranged a free hassle-free airport transfer, and both the pickup and drop-off were incredibly quick and straightforward. The cars were in great condition, and honestly, it was one of the best-organized rentals I’ve had compared to my experiences in other parts of the world.

Quality rental car experience from Go Rentals
Hired a rental car from Go Rentals for the first leg of my Zew Zealand tour, and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience. Used their App for to register the booking and complete all the pre collection checks (really easy), vehicle ready when arrived. Very quick handover, detailed drop off guidance - including the nearest petrol station. Can’t forget the very supportive staff.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that cancellation policies can be frustrating, especially when travel plans change unexpectedly.
Our cancellation terms including the 24-hour policy and applicable fees, are outlined in our booking terms and conditions prior to confirmation. These fees help cover administrative and fleet allocation costs, particularly during busy periods when vehicles are reserved specifically for customers.
That said, we always encourage customers to contact our team directly if plans change, as we’ll do our best to assist within the scope of the booking terms.
