Very upset with GoSimply. Used them with ‘STAR PARKING’ while on a trip to Canada over Christmas, only to come back and find that they’ve driven my car over 60 miles, and as I drove home I noticed many little scratches on the windscreen, obviously caused by a lazy de-icing. I understand this is an employee error, but I’ve tried contacting them and have had no response. WARNING, I would definitely not recommend!!

Very easy to book, best prices, simple and clear website.

Booking was easy but the instructions for drop-off and pick-up at Heathrow T2 were incorrect.

No problems with booking / arrival etc. Bit of a wait for the bus back from the airport to the car park - probably about 15 mins - but not a big issue.

Great service....Turn up......Book in.....Transfer to airport...5 minutes.....
Return journey exactly the same...the driver was at the airport waiting for me....Friendly helpful people ....I will certainly use them again.

I booked parking with gosimply.com, when I got a e-mail with the details of my booking it said had booked from 03.00 16/09 to 21.00 16/09, which is 18 hours parking, when I wanted parking for 7 days from the 16/09 to 23/09. when I phone skyparksercure I was told the price was £79.99 and if I wanted to cancel I would only be refunded £29.99 and be charged £10 to cancel. It said if you cancel it was free to do so.

Booking online was simple and straightforward. Directions on finding the car park were excellent. Met by a very pleasant man and a bus was waiting to take us to the airport. Called from the airport when we arrived and waited only a few minutes on a bus when we got to the bus stop. Again, met by a pleasant man with our key waiting for us.
Only 2 enhancements that could be made 1. the road condition within the car park made it hard for us to drag the cases to collect our car and could be doing with some repair 2) the car parking space we had was a little tight - our car is quite broad. Getting a case between it and it's neighbour was difficult and our concern would be that the car could get scratched by people not so careful as ourselves.
Otherwise a pleasant experience and we would consider using this facility again
