We are sorry to hear that the paper has not quite met your expectations. We would, however, like to reassure you that the wallpaper supplied is a standard-quality wallpaper within this particular price range and is manufactured to be suitable for normal domestic use and application.

Wallpaper can vary considerably in weight, finish, texture and overall feel depending on the price and type of product. Some of the more premium wallpapers are produced using heavier or more substantial materials and will naturally feel different when handled. The wallpaper you have purchased is positioned at a more affordable price point, so it is important to compare it with other products within the same price range rather than with premium or luxury wallpapers.

The product images are intended to show the design, colour and overall appearance of the wallpaper once applied, but photographs cannot always convey the exact feel, thickness or texture of the paper when handled. This can sometimes lead to the product feeling different from what a customer expected when first receiving it.
