First of all the admin team at GRAMS are very efficient. I wanted to change the colour i ordered so i sent them an email wondering if thats still possible. Got a reply almost straight away to say its not an issue.

Delivery have been smooth as well knowing that its from overseas it can take a few weeks. Believe i received mine around 2 to 3 weeks which is not an issue to me.

Overall a very great experience purchasing form GRAMS and this is my first time. I will definitely revisit their website in the near future for more products. Quality have been excellent as mentioned in their many other reviews as well and that give my the confidence to buy from them in the first place.

The quality of the leather is outstanding — soft but structured — and the design is clean and modern without trying too hard. It fits perfectly into my daily routine, whether I’m going to work, the gym, or grabbing coffee.

What I like most is how practical it is while still looking premium. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.
