They do have pay a lots of attention in making leather goods functional and the built quality of the interior is beyond expectations so I am optimistic that can lay trust on the bags can protect my camera gears and laptops on trips and daily commute. The customer service provided from Gram28 is phenomenal. I normally don't rave about a company but this one. Gram 28 provides a quality sling that I purchased and provided everything streamlined from purchase to shipping. It came in a reasonable time and had no issue with my order.

The product that I purchased the 157 Sling exceeded my expectations by a lot. The premium leather, the smell, the quality to craftsmanship and the durability of the bag. I have no doubt if I come across any issue with my product Grams28 would stand by it.

Their CSR was prompt with all the shipping emails and updates and even followed to see how I liked the product. a Genuine company and even a note from the founder when I opened the packaging. Additionally, to get in contact with the company is straight forward and have no fluff to get to talk to someone A+. We need more companies like Grams 28.

I am happy with my purchase from Grams 28. Because this package came from Asia, I was very glad that they sent a shipping confirmation email along with a link to track the package. Gave me some piece of mind that I could see where the box was in the pipeline. When I did receive the package, the product was nicely - and carefully - packed. Note: since the package has to come from Asia, buyers need to be patient. Not sure if only USPS is used to complete the delivery once it hits the US but that took the bulk of the delivery time.

I have a few items Grams28 products now. I first bought into the brand as an alternative to other more expensive (Label) brands but once I experienced the level of quality I spent more with Grams28 as the quality is unreal.

The leather and craftsmanship is excellent value for the price paid. Now I have built a small collection of items from Grams28 since the quality is far superior.

I highly reccomend trying a product they will not disappoint.

At present, the products can appear slightly creased or compressed upon opening, which detracts from the premium quality of the items themselves. A more structured or protective packaging approach would create a more luxurious first impression in line with the high standard of the products
