Superb product! Purchased in June 2022 and erected by Lancashire Greenhouse Services (also excellent) and was looking forward to a full season’s use in 2023. And generally it was good, apart from the weather affecting the growth of tomatoes and cucumbers. Hoping for a drier brighter 2024. Would highly recommend.

I bought my Rhino greenhouse in 2014 and it's still going strong. Unfortunately while I was away on holiday one of the glass panes got mysteriously broken so I called Greenouses direct late on Friday afternoon to order a replacement pane. The order was processed on Monday morning and the new glass pane was delivered at lunch time today (Tuesday). The packaging was excellent and now my beloved Rhino 6x10 is back in one piece. Now that's what I call great customer service. Thank you.

Just had to leave a review. I had my Rhino Premium greenhouse installed today and it's just perfect.
I have been wanting a greenhouse for many years and Rhino have fulfilled my wishes. From the ordering to the installation I cannot fault Rhino for their customer service. My installer, as recommended by Rhino was wonderful, very professional, punctual and polite, a credit to James Hill and his team.
So thanks again Rhino, I look forward to many happy growing years in my greenhouse.

I am half way through building a 6 ft square greenhouse and have already had to send off for a replacement base part which wasn't mitred correctly, Unbelievable!! Today I find that the top rail for the door has been drilled incorrectly and throws the width of the door out by about 10mm.
Coupled with this the instructions are poor and not written by anybody with experience of construction drawings and the supplied nuts bolts are made of aluminium which when tightened will stretch and won't undo. They will shear rather than undo!
For the price we paid for this the fixings should be in stainless steel with locknuts not cheesy aluminium.

Update, new part being sent out straight away!

I Have had my Greenhouse for over a year now and I love it . It’s well made , there is a lot of parts to assemble but If you work through it the result is a very sturdy greenhouse . The automatic windows and doors all work very well. We get some very high winds blowing through our garden and the greenhouse as weathered the storms excellent. I can highly recommend Rhino greenhouse, from customer service right through to delivery ( delivery driver was very nice and made sure everything was unloaded safely into my garden . Very pleased excellent company Thank you greenhouse direct team .

I've had my Rhino greenhouse 12 months now. The ordering and delivery process was excellent with good communication and on-time and courteous delivery.

I assembled the greenhouse myself at my allotment. The instructions were clear and none of the parts were missing. The overall quality of the finished greenhouse is extremely good.

Next time though i would install onto slabs rather than the bare ground, as its easier to get a completely level surface

I had wanted a greenhouse for years and chose a 6x6ft Rhino . I absolutely love it and it is the best ever greenhouse for quality ,it has been in my garden over five years now and looks as good as new . I only wish l had the space for a much larger one .

We absolutely love our 8x8 rhino greenhouse, just gets better and better.
A great place to sit too for a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Storm Arwen flattened my old greenhouse and I looked long and hard for a replacement. I needed one quickly and therefore settled on a Rhino one with a relatively quick delivery date. It was delivered carefully and on a bright day we put it up. I say day but I think it took a couple of days; our lives made harder as we wanted to use the footings of our old greenhouse (and half way through found the earlier one had a wonky, skewed base which made our job trickier). The instructions were fabulous! Really well explained and remarkably easy to follow. The trickiest part was fitting the automatic windows but we got there in the end and they work really well.

I’m absolutely delighted with my greenhouse and it looks as good now as when I put it up a year ago.

From purchase to delivery Rhino staff in all Departments were knowledgeable and patient keeping me right during the whole experience.
We received out 10 x 14 and my husband and myself erected it ourselves (we are over 65).
Spent most of the spring, summer and autumn in it.

Arrived when specified. Erected by a person recommended by Rhino. (Having attempted to do it myself for a relative I never wanted to try this again.It took several of us all day.) Mine was constructed over the morning.
Greenhouse has opening vents which keep it cool. The tomatoes kept going in it until late November.

2 years in & I Love my greenhouse 10 x 12 ft. Also got the pheonix 2.8kw heater. I’d highly recommend bubble wrapping the interior in of your greenhouse. One of the shades did break, not much luck for customer service on that but everything else is fine.

Rhino, you should start making double or triple glazed greenhouses for the winter❄️ Save ££££

It’s not until things go wrong that you find out how good or bad the company you’re dealing with really is.

We had a manufacturing fault with our Rhino greenhouse so I took a photo and sent it to them and followed up with a phone call shortly afterwards. The person who answered had access to the photo and after a short chat agreed there was a problem, then, without prompting, undertook to arrange immediate dispatch of a replacement part. A couple of hours later one of their vans arrived with the replacement part and we were able to continue with the build.

A quality product backed up with exemplary customer service, if only all companies were as good.

My Rhino greenhouse (10’ x 20’, with two sections inside and doors at either end) was erected last autumn and I am still delighted every time I see it. My favourite place to be. It did take several weeks for the delivery but just a weekend to go up using the recommended installer. A sturdy and attractive greenhouse for a windy, west Scotland setting.

We have now had our greenhouse for a year and have no complaints, it is good looking, strong and well designed. Our only regret is that we did not get a larger model, we use it every day and there is always something growing in it.

Very strong and robust greenhouse which will, no doubt, last for many years. My wife and I erected the greenhouse ourselves. It did take some time and towards the end a few of he panes of glass were, literally, a pain to fit but now its up we couldn't fault ii. And it looks fantastic!

I am very pleased with my Rhino greenhouse it’s been up for a year now and it’s still great but I do have one niggle…. It’s the hydraulic roof openers during this spring I locked down one side of the openers with the locking device provided, a couple of months later I unlocked them to find out that hydraulic Cylinders did not work they were broken . I phoned rhino who asked me had I removed the split pins on the cylinder I answered no I have never heard of having to remove split pins, if that were the case what’s the point of the locking mechanism? Rhino wanted £50+ to replace 2 cylinders which I thought was expensive considering I don’t think I was at fault , I ended up buying a pair on eBay still cost me £28.
So if you want to lock down the roof openers don’t bother with the locking nut just remove the split pins .

Lovely well made greenhouse, so much pleasure we have had out of it in the months we have used it.
