Applied for finance with them witch got declined witch is fine but after the application I was then called and messaged at least 2/3 times a day for 2 weeks even when I said I wasn’t interested they insisted I try there “final lender” giving in I went with it and got approved or so they had told me 4 times on the phone and text to then have told speak to the lender company and give all the same details to them 3 days this went on to they just be ignored and receive a text message saying it has been declined. Absolute mess around. Last thing you want to do is let these guys have your number and lie to you from the start. Avoid!!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Customer service was bang on, and Callum was outstanding with everything, and was always there if I needed anything. Had the car delivered to my house. No problems at all.

My experience with Greenlight Motors has been nothing but a smooth run. Muskaan from start to finish has been amazing!!! She literally bent over backwards to make sure I could get the vehicle I wanted and so grateful for her!! So excited to be collecting my vehicle next week. Would recommend Greenlight Motors to anybody as their whole process was fast smooth and had nothing but great communication from the get go.

Put a deposit on a vehicle after a great test drive and a good chat with Jack and Alex, all good, no worries. Was told the car would be prepped and we could have the following week. Had to keep ringing and then told car needed a few parts, thats ok we thought as its for our daughter, keeping it roadworthy, great, oh but then it gets worse. Ringing, chasing again to be told the car is not roadworthy, has a massive problem and will not be sold to us, deposit will be refunded same day. Daughter very disappointed, no refund, had to chase for nearly 2 weeks to get refund to be told ring back when manager in, email a copy of your receipt to finally oh it wont go back on your card give me your bank details, finally got deposit back. When challenged about why we had been so messed around got very defensive and had the audacity to ask why we were annoyed. Having worked at a genuine car dealership myself this is definitely not how you run one!!!!! I would avoid at all costs.

Horrendous!
Horrendous and truly terrible experience. They have no sense of customer service.
Went out to them to view a car, was assured the car was mechanically sound, and there was a few bodywork issues they agreed to fix, so paid the deposit and was promised it would be ready in a week's time. This was then delayed, and kept on getting delayed due to issues with the alloys. The experience was horrendous as Greenlight did not keep us updated on what was happening and we kept having to chase them up on every step. 4 weeks later it was supposed to be ready, we received a phone call to say that they've had the car back, but.... the engine management light was now on. We did manage to get our deposit refunded, but the whole experience has been shocking and I would not trust a word they tell you. It felt like they did not care and it was constant lies they were feeding us.

I have been thinking of going Electric for a while and whilst there were so many options and things to think about I knew I wanted my first to be a Tesla. The deal green light motors did for me, more specifically Alex did for me was one I couldn’t refuse. I’m happy I did the change with a trust worthy dealer.

Awful. Advertised as car at 76k. Paid to have it delivered. It had 85k on the clock. There was no service history, this was advertised. They said they would refund me as a good will gesture. They have not.

Been looking for a new car for a while, considered main dealers however the service I received from greenlight motors was second to none. Alex and Chris in the office were brilliant. I would recommend
