Overall very good company but disappointed that I ordered the vape and it said I would get a free vape oil but I have not received my free vape oil with my purchase

I ordered a vape pen from the store with 48 hour shipping but it definitely took way more to arrive. This wouldve been fine and all but my order arrived incomplete as it didn't even have the vale juice in it. I'm giving the three stars though because customer service is very nice. Fast and responsive. But even with that part of my order getting dealt with fast. I only got an order number and not tracking so I don't know when it'll arrive.

I was given this product and I didn’t purchase it myself, but I’m not overwhelmed by it….

We’ve had it for a while now. It’s ok but it’s more like drinking camomile tea. I don’t suffer chronic pain or any of the linked conditions this is meant to treat, TBH I always thought the health claim benefits of this were thin. Let’s just face it, it has no real evidence based benefits for health….. Save your money.

Brought green stem cbd peppermint oil at Brighton vape store.

The product is more than reasonably price, and works to relieve my chomic pain. In fact it is the only brand of CBD to do so.

Ordered more of the product from Green stem and it has come in a very timely manor

I ordered 2 X vape liquids on 20th June with Hermes next day delivery, fair enough the order was placed on a Sunday and their website states that order placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday, and on Monday I Received an email confirmation that my order had been dispatched and given a tracking number for Hermes. My issue is that according to tracking information Hermes only received my order 6 days later on 27th June and this Doesn't qualify as next day. Within the same month I have used other CBD websites for vape liquids and other products who have delivered items within 1-2 days so it's not even like the delay can be chalked up to covid as if it was I would accept delays with the other companies.

Paying £5.99 for next day delivery I would have expected to have the order arrive by 24th June, which would allow 2 days for Hermes to receive and one day for them to deliver. However 6 days for them to receive I think is not really acceptable.

Based on their delivery timescale I will not be ordering from Green stem again in the future and I also wouldn't recommend them, not when there are other companies who can deliver the same products in a much shorter timeframe.

Placed an order on 48hour delivery been waiting a week still not even received by delivery company and greenstem offering no help or solutions. STAY CLEAR!

I placed a significant order as I was hoping this would enable me to quite smoking.
Part of my purchase was a Vpod pro - I was really excited by this as is slightly different to the usual vape devices.
Delivery was quick but upon following the instructions and using the device for the first time and after only 10 “drags” it started making very strange noises. So I removed the pod to find it was leaking liquid into the device itself. I stopped using it immediately and sent emails to the company asking for help and for replacements.
I received an automatic reply stating someone would pick up my message and respond in the coming days.
After a week still nothing, I tried to call them, it’s a landline number which has been diverted to a mobile, the first call was ignored, so I tried calling several more times to have my calls ended by the receiver without answering.
Over a month on and I still have had no response or luck getting hold of the company. Meaning my whole order is no of no use to me and no hope of getting my money back. When all I wanted was a replacement and non-faulty device to be sent out. Very very disappointed to say the least - I would warn everyone to stay away!
