Excellent service thank you. Prompt and efficient delivery, all intact and ready to use.

Fast delivery and delicious coffee.

terrible company and communication. customer service is shocking and its incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription. much better options out there for this price point. cost is 50% branding.

Excellent coffee and excellent service.

Great experience. Lovely coffee.

Prompt delivery Great coffee ☕️

Very quick, efficient service and I really like the dark roast I chose - would recommend!

Ordering was easy peasy, delivery quick, packaged really well. It was the match set I ordered as part of a present for my daughter. It looks really lovely and great quality. We have both ordered before from Grind and will continue to be loyal customers

Item arrived fairly quickly, very impressed with the item

Quick reacting company with regards to solving problems. Very pleased with the service.

Great coffee and speedy service

First time I ordered from Grind online. All round excellent experience and good value for money. Purchased a tote bag along with the beans and it’s very good quality.

The coffee is pretty good too !!

Prompt delivery. Great coffee!

Really happy with my GRIND Coffee hand grinder. It feels well made, sturdy and easy to use, and it gives a really consistent grind. I like that I can adjust the grind depending on how I’m making my coffee, and it’s compact enough to store easily.
The quality is great and it’s made a noticeable difference to my coffee. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality hand grinder.

Ordered the Mew cap on their website only to be told my it had run out of stock so the order was cancelled. They were woefully unprepared for the popularity of their Pokémon products and the exploitation of scalpers who bought everything up to sell on eBay at inflated prices.

Also, be aware that if you use a discount code and it brings the total order below the free postage threshold, you will have to pay postage or buy something else - there are no products cheaper than their cheapest postage charge! I've never known a company to charge for postage by the total order amount and not the full price value of their products. Very sneaky tactic to make people buy something else to qualify for free postage.

Prompt delivery of my order and good discount 👍

Im not the biggest coffee drinker so im pretty fussy what i buy and this has been my go to for a while now. Good price and fast delivery too.

Fast delivery, great products. Love the compostable pods and the coffee tastes delicious.

No issues with delivery or the quality of the product, but the pistachio flavoured pods do not taste of pistachio at all, which was disappointing. The pods also don't pour perfectly, specifically the pistachio pods.

Easy ordering
