Pay extra £45 for delivery and then it won’t show up
Company charges you an extra £45 for a decent delivery time. I paid this and then the bed was not dispatched on the day agreed (which I had made arrangements to be off work to wait in) and I had to wait until 8pm the following day. No partial refund for delivery fee offered. Emailed back and forth with the company and they would not offer a partial refund or any solution. Bed is also not brilliant quality - the middle legs have fallen apart already and I’ve had to make replacements. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Regarding the delivery fee, this covers our express delivery option, but it’s clear we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion, and we apologize. We would have been happy to discuss a partial refund or alternative solution if we had been made aware at the time.
We’re also sorry to hear about the issue with the bed’s support legs. If you still need replacement parts, please contact our customer service team directly, and we’ll arrange to send them to you promptly.

I received an excellent service from Grosvenor Furniture. I ordered a dressing table set and a chest of drawers online and received a delivery date the very next day. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition and was carried upstairs by two wonderful delivery men. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Grosvenor Furniture.

The bed I ordered is lovely but the…
The bed I ordered is lovely but the internal construction is of poor quality. The planks were too long and the screws too short. Delivery was only available on a Saturday. I hired a handyman to fix it to avoid having to wait for replacements. I expected better quality from a solid wood bed.

This appears to be a manufacturing issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the screws, they were the correct length, but we understand that assembly can sometimes be challenging. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to arrange for DPD to send you the correct size bed slats on a next-day service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
