Ordered a kit tent was size ended up being out of stock and was offered a slightly bigger one, a couple issue with delivery company but the customer service from these guys is fantastic. Everything still being sorted but this experience will make me use them again

Great company
Great company. Had some issues with an item and had to return it. Renate was great in getting this arranged. Any issues i have had previously has been actioned quickly. Great comms.

Great customer service
After an error with the initial product delivery, the service I got from Ren, was fantastic, with everything rectified quickly and efficiently.

I found the customer service to be the best part about Growell. That is on top of their excellent range of products and special offers they have regularly. I had to return an order recently due to issues with delivery (DHL's fault not Growell) and Beth at Growell was great at sorting it out and issueing a refund for me. Highly recommend this shop for your products.

Superb, quick clear communication
Placed an order Thursday and received Friday morning, very fast turnaround there was a slight issue with the order and communication was quick and Beth resolved my issue right away and sent the correct stuff out 100% be using again 10/10

Very Happy Customer. Impressed!
Super happy with the quality of potting compost & wormcastings. Equally happy with the competitive prices and fast delivery. Nice to know they're fairly local to me too.
Will definitely order from here again. Tired of paying out for typical brand names only to find stones, huge lumps of wood, broken glass & rubbish in the compost from gardening superstores.

I had an issue where DHL lost a parcel
I had an issue where DHL lost a parcel, I dealt with Beth and she sorted the issue in no time couple of days later a freshly shipped item. Really impressed by the resolution
