Haart Borehamwood are shocking. I’ve made two offers for properties with them, one time they didn’t even bother coming back to me with an answer and the second time I explained in detail to Mark what my offer was and that I was chain free buyer with no property to sell plus a confirmed mortgage decision in principle, I asked him to ensure that he explained my position and that I am a strong buyer. However, when he called me back, he said ‘I’ve explained to the buyer that you are under offer and your offer has been rejected’ I then responded that is not my situation at all, why did you say I’m under offer this is not my position, you’ve put forward a totally incorrect picture of my position. So unprofessional. Very disappointing indeed. They have lost a strong buyer now.
