Again, another cold call from this agent, we have never approached them or given our number to them. Our House is NOT for sale and if it was we would not use Haart

Things went wrong from day one. Tenants signed and as they moved in the wife said no. So it didnt go ahead after signing all contract etc. Haart only gave me a late notice there are moving in the night before. They then charge me for their cost that was not my fault n this took several calls and weeks in getting a refund back.

Finally another new tenants moves on n I discover they are subletting in August. I informed Haart n they promised to bring forward their madatory 3 month inspection by a couple of weeks. They failed to do this n failed to their mandatoryinspection. I get no response from anyone from the office. They don't answer their phones so I had to go in the office to speak with them. They are not interested in protecting the landlord or their home. They make promises n then don't follow them up. I'm still left with a ruined property, two or more families still living there n it seems they jus don't care n seems there is nothing I can do. Very poor service indeed. I'm still trying to get them to deal but it's taking its toll on my health. I have complaint to management, about missed appoints and lack of responses but ive not heard from then either. It is a pity I didn't see some of reviews before as I would not have picked them.

Sadly, the response I have received only reiterates the incompetency we have received to date. I was told by an Area Director that whether we still had the photographs or not, we would recompensed within 10 days. This was a month ago now after which they stopped returning calls and emails! And the phone call promised below was not received either!
The one star represents the 1 phone call I received back to my many, many calls and emails over 10 months and still going. Haart did not advise us that they knew the tenant was leaving the premises early, therefore not allowing an exit check. This resulted in a claim against the Flat Deposit Scheme which they did not make and now 10 months later we still have not been reimbursed. I have gone to Area Director level and still no reaction. I cannot express enough how disgusting this service has been. Full of false promises from the letting agency through to Area Director level. This is sadly an example of how leading by example can go badly wrong.

Thank you Rachel Morton and Patricia from the gas safety team for quickly sorting out the problem with the gas boiler and arranging the gas safety certificate. One less thing to worry about!
