I found my experience with Haart an excellent one. Throughout the long period of trying to sell my property the team at Grayshott were always in contact and keeping me up to date and provided great service in trying to get the sale to completion as fast as was possible

Having had our flat on the market for nearly a year with one Grayshott estate agent and then 6 months with another, I decided to pop in to Haart Grayshott to see if they could help. From start to finish the team were incredible. Fantastic communication all the way through. Achieved a super price and exchanged and completed within 3 months. Absolutely delighted. Well done all.

The most frustrating, non responsive estate agent to deal with. Totally unacceptable.

My Mums house sale fell through after 7 months of my hard work doing their job throughout the process, complete lack of clarity throughout and didn't even let me know the buyer backed out at last moment, I found out though my solicitor - cost me over 3K in solicitors fees and costs to get paperwork for buyer having checked they were intending to go through with sale, only to receive a 2 line explanation from their solicitor. Haart still haven't contacted me... truly appalling

Don't answer the phone, the property was taken off the market without letting us know, agreed to put the property back on the market and a week later it's still not on there. The only was we can get a response is to go into the office and they don't respond to emails or calls.
