As I was selling a house I had dealings with Ismail Rakhman. He was very polite, courteous, patient and easy to talk to. Did his job very well and the instructions we had to do were clear and easy to understand.

We sold our property last week we were very pleased with the guidance and professional service provided by Ismael will definitely recommend and use again in the future
Well done to Ismael

From start to finish, Ismail and Asim were communicative, reliable and honest. Worked hard with my cases with professionalism and determination. Thank you

Made things easy, made a stressful time of life alot less stress free and walked me though buying a property step by step. Big shout out to Genie for being as helpful as she was and got the hard work done, much respect!

The staff really went above and beyond, staying late to help me with my concerns
Thanks to Jade and Alfie
I would highly definitely recommend

Right from the first phone call to Julie Osborn to the end with Danish Ali, the experience has been very positive and reassuring. Both Julie and Danish were very friendly and most approachable and listened very attentively to my wishes. Danish also made sure that he understood the background so that he could produce accurate information. They were both so patient, thoughtful and extremely professional and thorough. This approach made me feel very comfortable and I was able to express myself very well. Nothing was too much for them. Danish explained everything to me slowly and patiently in a way that I understood clearly. The service was outstanding and recommend Hannah Solicitors extremely highly. Thank you so much Julie and Danish for giving service that was above and beyond and tailored to my needs.

Everybody was very helpful in dealing with my property sale special thanks to iIsmail

I worked with Naushad on an employment matter and couldn’t be happier. Very professional, and his expertise was evident in every conversation. Put my mind at ease. 5 stars +

I had an excellent experience working with Hannah Solicitors on my house purchase. The entire process was handled efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. A special thanks to Mohammed Shafi, who went above & beyond — always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer clear guidance throughout. His responsiveness and support made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’m truly grateful for the dedication and would highly recommend for conveyancing service.

We bought our first home with Shiv guiding us through the legal side, and he made what could have been a daunting process feel structured, smooth and surprisingly quick. Shiv kept the momentum going without ever making us feel rushed, explained everything in plain language and always had our best interests at heart. He combines efficiency with kindness, which is rare and very much appreciated. We are genuinely thankful for his support throughout such a big milestone in our lives.

I am very grateful to Ismail Rackman, for his professionalism, friendly approach and commitment to his clients and an excellent communication.
He kept all his promises, making selling my house a stressless experience for me. I wish we can deal with more professionals like Ismail.

Had such great service from Hannah Solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble and being a first time buyer, you hear all the horror stories on how difficult solicitors can be but we were put at ease with Asim and Chloe who worked so hard. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Using Hannah Solicitors for my work matter proved to be an easy and smooth process in a time of uncertainty for me. I would like to thank the solicitor dealing with my matter, Naushad, for being friendly and professional throughout. As well as being prompt with replies and actions, knowing full well that the case was time critical.

Great Solicitors.
Really easy to deal with this company and will be using them again in the future.

Professional and speedy service, especially from Ismail, Wasim and Asim. They were diligent, dedicated and kept me up to date throughout which I really appreciated.

I have now used Hannah Solicitors for the second time. I would like to sincerely thank Shiv and Genie for their great effort, professionalism, and dedication throughout both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home. The process was handled professionally and with great care from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah Solicitors to family and friends.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ammad from Hannah Solicitors. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and truly took ownership of the entire process. What stood out the most was his efficiency—he made every step clear and manageable, ensuring there were no delays on the legal side.

Ammad also went above and beyond by guiding me not only throughout the purchase but even after completion, which was incredibly reassuring. This support was especially valuable because the selling agent was not very competent, yet Ammad stepped in to fill those gaps and kept everything on track.

I’m genuinely grateful for his dedication, clear communication, and proactive approach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solicitor who truly cares about their clients and delivers excellent service.

worked with Ammad and team on a property purchase. He provided excellent service - he gave clear actionable advice, went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, his communication was always prompt, and he remained empathetic throughout (even when the process put strain on Ammad and the team to move rapidly). We really appreciated Ammad's support, and would highly recommend his services and the services of Hannah Solicitors. Thanks again, Ammad!
