Hannah Solicitors LLP Avaliações

This firm is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I paid them £400 for property searches that they claimed would be ordered immediately weeks later, after hearing nothing, I was told that they still hadn’t even ordered them! When I decided to move to another firm (ironically, in the same building), they had the audacity to call me, act defensive, and complain about my decision instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence.

They promised to refund my £400 yet weeks later, I’m still waiting. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Their communication is appalling, their staff are poorly trained, and their customer service is non-existent.

Save yourself the stress and frustration do not use this firm under any circumstances. There are plenty of other firms who actually do their jobs professionally and treat clients with respect.

I had a great experience with Hannah Solicitors, thanks to Naushad Ramji. He handled my employment matter with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Naushad was always polite, prompt, and very supportive. It genuinely felt like a weight had been lifted.

I would highly recommend Hannah Solicitors and Naushad in particular. Thank you again

I highly recommend using their service. I used Hannah Solicitor as my conveyancer; the process was swift and smooth.

I can't thank Naushad enough, very prompt with responses & really knowledgeable. The advice I received was great, with a realistic viewpoint.

It was like a weight had been lifted & a relief to get everything resolved in a professional, prompt manner, with a great explanation that made sense. I would definitely recommend Naushad.

Thanks again.

I recently used Hannah Solicitors for my property purchase and couldn’t be happier with the service. The entire process was quick, smooth, and clear from start to finish. We were kept updated regularly by Asim, and the professionalism shown throughout was excellent. Highly recommend Hannah Solicitors for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

I cannot recommend Khurshid Ali enough for the exceptional support he provided in securing our marriage visa. From start to finish, Khurshid was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding my husband and me through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. He was always available to answer our questions, offering reassurance and practical advice. His expertise made a complex and stressful situation feel manageable, and his attention to detail ensured our application was thorough and well-prepared. Thanks to Khurshid’s dedication, our visa was approved remarkably quick, exceeding our expectations :)

A fantastic service from beginning to end. Hassan and Ismail did everything possible to ensure critical dates were met whilst constantly keeping me informed. Highly recommend.

Noushad of Hannah Solicitors was very swift in getting back to me, working on my case (relating to employment issue) and got the resolution very quickly with his clear and simple communication. Highly recommend.

We used Khurshid Ali at Hannah Solicitors for our complex visa case and he did not disappoint. Mr Ali is professional and kept us updated throughout. He worked tirelessly to push our case and we got a positive result in just over 5 weeks, which we were absolutely delighted with. He is straight-talking and gave us step by step instructions on how best to proceed. Our family greatly appreciate his hard work and great service, and I genuinely would recommend him to others.

Hannah solicitors been sorting my mortgage documents. Whent very smooth everything. Took me 2.5 month to finish. Thanks Hannahs solicitors again. Would recomend 100%

Great experience dealing with out Wills - friendly, efficient, and dependable service.

I am so pleased reece managed the sale of my property which took over a year to complete, I was not the easier client to
deal with because of my own legal problems regarding my property and even at times im sure reeece would of being frustrated with me voicing my personal problems like he was to blame.
He never once got out of character and stayed professional all throughout the experience.
Without reece's intervention he could of charged me for all the services but what he did he gave me all the tools to deal with all the different agencies which was a great help and i just would like to thank him and his team for all the support and help. I would also recommend anyone else to Hannah solicitors.
Yours sincerely

Mr Terence Roberts

I would not even give 1 star if I could. This is by far the most disappointing, incompetent, and unprofessional conveyancing company I have ever dealt with. They took on my brother’s case over 5 months ago and since then have shown no responsiveness to emails, no updates, and no clear ETA. Keep on gaslighting us, to be honest this is a fake company who has conspiracies to get clients and not do work for them.

Because of their negligence, my brother has had to secure alternative accommodation at great personal expense, and if things are not resolved soon, he may even face homelessness. His mortgage offer is also close to expiring, which could cause even further financial and emotional distress.

When we call, they either hang up or promise a callback that never comes. There is zero consideration, empathy, or professionalism. They clearly lack the skills and competency required for their role.

How has this company got so many positive reviews its beyond me!!

STAY AWAY from this firm – they will waste your time, money, and peace of mind.

I can't recommend Hannah Solicitors LLP highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive and responsive during what turned out to be a very complex and stressful property purchase with a difficult chain.

What really stood out was how well they kept me updated at every stage — I never had to chase for information, and their communication was always clear and reassuring. Their app and online portal were also excellent: easy to use, transparent, and gave me real-time updates, which made a huge difference in staying informed and reducing stress.

Despite the challenges in the chain, they remained calm, professional, and proactive throughout, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible. I felt genuinely supported the whole way through even though there was change in the solicitor who managed my case.

Thank you for making a tough process so much more manageable — I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others!

Genie and the team at Hannah made the process of moving house very smooth and easy. The communication and updates for excellent and we felt like we understood the information and were kept in the loop. We would 100% use the company again and Genie! Would recommend!

I found the service to be slower and less responsive than expected, which made communication challenging. Key aspects of the process were not explained in sufficient detail, requiring me to undertake my own research and suggest potential solutions. At times, the level of support did not feel aligned with the role of effective representation. Regrettably, these difficulties contributed to the collapse of the sale.

Genie has been the most amazing professional throughout our house sale . The chain was extremely challenging and she was absolutely on the ball with communication, liaising with estate agents and other solicitors . The estate agent even commented on “how good “ Genie was !!!

Professional and streamline experience from the outset. The app was good for the initial stages, but I found the best aspect was the direct communication with my solicitor. Tamara was brilliant and explained things clearly. She was always available to answer questions during the buying process and even after purchasing the property, she has been supportive and helpful. Fully recommend.

We used Hannah Solicitors for a remortgage on our property. We started our remortgage 5-6 months in advance to prevent issues, yet Hannah Solicitors still managed to make it difficult. I was regularly checking in because emails were somehow getting missed by the person dealing with our case, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency. Less than a month until our fixed term was due to expire things still weren't really sorted. We were told less than 2 working days before we wanted to be completed (fixed term ending on Monday, this was Thursday) that they wanted us to contact a different solicitor firm to get them to certify our marriage certificate - What is the point of hiring a Solicitors if they want to palm you off to other firms? At my own cost of course. Refused to let me send it to them directly with 24hr postage. The fact they would not sort this out themselves, and the fact they left us so little time to sort this out, shows the true incompetence and lack of care from this company. Would not use again, or recommend to anyone.
