Post-Op Appointment with Dr Turner
25 October 2021 – My partner and I went to see Dr Turner, when we arrived we waited in the waiting area of the clinic and then James came out and said she will be with us shortly. We perhaps waited for 2 minutes. We went into the consultation room, Dr Turner asked how she can help and I informed her that I do not feel much change to my appearance and we discussed the compression garment as I informed her that the one they gave me felt loose from day of op.
She then examined me by looking at my tummy, her comment was 'are you feeling bloated?', but I was not. She advised that I should use a smaller compression garment. About my concern that there is no change, she said 'that it takes time to see results'. Then she went and sat back down and she went on her phone and me and my partner were left speechless. It was as if it was an indication that this appointment was over. I had a few more questions prepared but felt that I was not allowed to ask as the consultation was over. The whole post-op consultation did not take more than 8 minutes. In my opinion this was a very poor service from Dr Turner, no empathy or compassion.

I contacted the clinic and secured an appointment with Dr Horn on 24/02/2022 as Dr Turner was on maternity leave.
When I showed him the areas that were 'operated' on by Dr Turner, he confirmed that I would need a revised operation to take place September 2022 and that James would contact me. Until this day I have not heard anything from them.

Until now (21/11/2022) I have not had copies of my signed documents and I have written and texted the Harley Body Clinic on so many occassions. I had no choice but to take advise from the ICO (who are regulators of GDPR matters), GMC, CQC.
The ICO have written to the Harley Body Clinic and requested for them but the request was ignored.

I am not after anything I just want to inform people who are considering using this clinic and its Drs and advise them to steer away as far away from them as possible. They are ONLY interested in your money and once that is paid they become uninterested in you. I did not have much expectations from this surgery and was not expecting to come out looking as though am a size 6 but was expecting a good amount of fat to be romoved and that I would start a journey of fitness.
Again anyone reading this please do not use this clinics services.

I've recently had surgery with Dr Horn and it is honestly been a fantastic experience. I haven't been incentivised to write this review, and no I don't work for Harley Body Clinic. I am a genuine patient and I'm so happy with the results that I'm motivated to writing this review.

In my first appointment with Dr Horn, I remember thinking that he was quite reserved and not expressive, Perhaps he's an introvert or simply just shy, I don't know but this changed once I got to know him better.
During the surgery procedure, he was talkative and even cracked a few jokes. The gland he pulled out of me was large, bigger than what they normally deal with and we joked about me making it into their hall of fame.

The surgery itself went smoothly and my post-op pain was really manageable. This was one of my biggest worries so I was relieved to not be in awful pain afterwards. I only needed paracetamol for the first few days after the surgery and then didn't need any pain meds onwards.

I'm now three weeks post surgery, and I'm so happy with the results. I want to say a big thanks to Dr Horn, James, Alan and the nurses (who were so attentive during the surgery) and the rest of the Harley body clinic team.

I'll definitely be back, maybe a nose job or lipo, Harley Body Clinic will be the first place I call.

I had breast augmentation in May. This is something I’ve wanted done for a long time and Dr Horn made me feel so comfortable and in the best hands.
All the team were lovely, James, the Drs and nurses in the hospital, Brandon, Ronnie and all the reception staff.
I could not fault anything. I am so happy with my results, thank you so much!

I had gynecomastia surgery at harley body clinic. The procedure went very smoothly, with minimal discomfort or pain, it was professionally done.

I had some complications that required reworking but the team at harley body clinic provided me with post surgical care and allowed me to explore my options with confidence.

I am now healing well and expecting an excellent final result.

Dr Gary Horn knows his stuff. Very good experienced doctor. I went for gyno and stomach reduction. Three weeks post op and can see visible results. Swelling stays but have been told to be patient for full results. There was pain during surgery but I expected that as its a operation. Dr told me to take good rest and was back on my feet two weeks later. Third week went for stitch removal and was done within ten minutes with no waiting around. The procedure has made me feel a lot better but will now go gym and tone up. Thanks guys for a swift and effective procedure. Administration staff are excellent with good communication. I reccomend using this clinic.

I was looking to remove stubborn fat from flanks and lower abdomen. I had a consultation with Dr. Horn. He brilliantly answered all my questions and post 6 months the surgery was done. The result is very satisfactory. Thank you Dr. Horn and team

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Harley Body Clinic. Dr Horn is an extremely accomplished and experienced surgeon who is very skilled at his work; and he's got a wicked sense of humour! James, the nurses and the office team are all really great, highly responsive and importantly - they all care about the patient experience. The clinic on Harley Street is pristine. You are honestly in safe hands. Surgery was made easy and after care is superb.

I never had lipo done before and did a number of consultations with other surgeons and clinics. Myself and my friend both settled on HBC. I remember when we were weighing up the options we wondered that because HBC prices were lower than others does that mean a lower quality. Absolutely not. It became clear that they simply have more fair and accessible pricing that others, that tbf are extortionate - the whole package at HBC is second to none.

I'm a male - 40s - had vaser lipo on flanks. Stubborn fat that wouldn't go with exercise. They were clear from the start about the procedure and expectations. I'm very happy now that the unwanted fat is gone. Do your research on lipo and make sure its right for you, be realistic and if you decide to go ahead with it, I can wholly recommend Dr Horn and the team at HBC.

I just re-read some negative reviews on here and google about this clinic. So I am just adding this as I read reviews before going and did wonder when I saw one stars etc... Obviously I cannot comment on others experiences but my review above is a completely genuine impression. I have only experienced excellent communication from the office with bookings and aftercare etc... and I think that Dr Horn is a very nice person who is very skilled at lipo contouring. I think that they have to deal with people's perceptions of their own bodies as much as the surgery itself, hence a possible reason for the extreme reviews of dissatisfaction! There are limitations to lipo, you must research and be realistic...

I Had vaserlipo and fat grafting and am very happy with the results. Dr Horn provided honest advice and the whole team were supportive and helpful, during surgery and post care. A big thank you to the whole team!

Absolutely horrible
Spent 3k for poor results less than 1litre was removed. No contact is made for aftercare. Surgery was also extremely painful. The Kames guy was making stupid comments like stop esting pizza. Don’t recommend

I went in to have my birth mark removed and I can honestly say every staff made me feel comfortable within the environment.
Thought out my surgery the surgeon talked to me which kept me distracted.
It’s been 3months now and my scar has fully healed I love it. Thank you to the team

I went here for gynecomastia surgery in early 2021 - please avoid making my mistake.

The surgery itself was very painful and the results were poor. It was clear within a few weeks that I was still left with a significant amount of gland on my chest despite paying for its removal. They were dismissive of my concerns and said wait for the swelling to go down. However, when I went back at the 6 month mark (by which time the swelling had long gone but the result no better) and again raised my concerns they were rude and aggressive and again dismissed my concerns.

I subsequently had consultations with other surgeons who confirmed I had significant tissue remaining. I ended up having a 2nd surgery elsewhere and the experience could not have been more different. No pain during the operation itself and a fantastic result. The second surgeon removed a lot of tissue showing Dr Horn had been far too conservative.

Please don't make my mistake and waste your time and hard earned money on this place.

The organisation and communication has been extremely bad from the start. Avoid.

After suffering with painful gynocomastia for years I finally made contact with the Harley body clinic. Within 4 days of making contact I had an appointment upon arrival I found Dr Bose to be very reassuring, he and the AMAZING Dr Turner made me feel very comfortable from the start. They were more than knowledgeable and promptly answered any questions I had. 6 days after my consultation I was back and ready for surgery - no quibble! Dr Turner was my surgeon, everything and everyone was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. I was made to feel very reassured and comfortable, Dr Turner carried out the procedure explaining every step along the way all whilst Dr Bose made sure I was as comfortable as could be.
Whilst Dr Turner was working I seized the opportunity to ask her each and every question under the sun, before I knew it she had finished the procedure and also entertained every question I bombarded her with.
She truly is an extremely skilled surgeon. I had no bruising and the sutures she put in is on another level!
Aftercare was great. Dr Bose took the time to contact me on numerous occasions to ensure everything was 100%. 3 weeks after surgery and I’ve been back for a follow up appointment with the lovely Dr Turner and I’m back in the gym bending iron and wearing the tightest whitest t-shirt I have all whilst showing off my chiselled new chest.

The Harley body clinic did not just deliver on the service i expected, they actually changed my life! I feel that I received way more from them than I was expecting, words cannot express how thankful I am.

I cannot stress how happy I am with James Dr Horn, Alison and Fiona. I’ve had a TT and Lipo to the flanks, inner thighs and outer thighs. I’m so happy with my results thanks to all the team.

Everyone made me feel so relaxed and at ease throughout the procedure. Dr Horn has over 30 years experience, he’s a genius at his work I choose him exactly for this reason. I’m so happy with my results I wake up feeling like a new woman. I feel amazing and I’ve got the results that I wanted.

I had a blepharoplasty ( eyelid lift ) procedure at this clinic in June. I am so happy that I still smile every time I look in the mirror. I was treated with respect and compassion from Dr Horn and all the staff. I highly recommend to anyone wanting this procedure to use this clinic
