My experience with Harley Body clinc was amazing and very Smooth from start to finish.
The whole team is outstanding, service was above and beyond.
Dr. Horn Was amazing in delivering the results I wanted.
Definitely recommend!

I had my inner thighs and knees Vaser liposuction done exactly 4 weeks ago today and I am super happy. This is a honest review of the whole experience.
I am a runner, vegan, eat healthy 80% time and overall really healthy person. I always hated my legs and always wanted to have a lipo done. I have done loads of research and really can tell you this is not a weight loss thing at all. It is more to contour or sculpt your body. I have not changed a dress size yet I am slimmer and have a much nicer shape to my legs.

My first initial consultation was with James, who was really friendly and informative. All the email correspondence with Ronnie and Brandon was super efficient and they have always answered all my questions promptly and in a friendly manner.

Then I went to meet Dr. Horn in person. The clinic is like a dentist place, not glamorous as you would think Harley Street Clinic would be. But it is very clean and well kept.
Dr Gary Horn is a very quite and straight to the point man, but don’t let this discourage you because he really understands his stuff. I wanted my outer & inner thighs and knees done but he said doing outer thighs might cause more damage than pleasure and discouraged me from doing it. He could just grab my money and do it, but he does care about his patients and the final result!!! I was sold!
I was super nervous on the day and felt like I am cheating but still went for it.
The prep before the surgery was done by the funniest and loveliest nurse who just made me feel at ease. The liposuction procedure itself is not pain free. I won’t lie to you I had tears streaming down my cheeks at several times during the surgery but the nurses were so caring and were holding my hand and stroking my head. Dr Horn didn’t say much, he was focused on his work and it was all done in 30 minutes. I saw an immediate result and was thrilled.
They gave me a garment to wear, painkillers and antibiotics. I walked straight to the car and was absolutely fine.
I felt no pain afterwards, not the next day or the day after. I was and I am still amazed. On the day 2 post op I was already walking up and down the garden, day 3 post op done usual dog walk.
The recovery is incredible. It could be just me, but I thought it would be much worse. I didn’t take one painkiller, just antibiotics.
One thing I will say is no one checked on me after the surgery but I emailed with questions and they were answered fast.

I had a video-call on day 5 with James, who was great. Today 4 weeks post op I had a review with Dr. Horn and I will have another one in 3 months time.

I am very very happy with my result, I have lovely slimmer legs with a thigh gap and no more fatty knees!
This is no fancy clinic with a chatty surgeon, but it delivers an exceptional result for much less money that you would pay in other places.

One thing is for sure, you gotta follow healthy lifestyle and exercise at least a bit to make the results even better and that’s what I am planning to do. Thank you Harley Body Clinic

Just read some of the poor reviews of this clinic and I have to agree with them. I found their service and after care to be absolutely shocking!! I paid £3000 for vaserlipo surgery then had to go back 5 months later as there was no difference what so ever. I am now post 7 months since my 2ND surgery and still no results!! I look exactly the same? I have sent 2 emails so far, both which have been ignored. Being a single mum it took me a very long time to save the money. I have found myself severely depressed and deflated ever since having surgery in 2020. After going back to have my second I was told by James “you need to diet” well James if it was that easy I wouldn’t of wasted £3000 having surgery. Absolutely disgusting service. I found Dr Horn to be very miserable and unapproachable!! I don’t expect to hear anything back from the emails I’ve sent as these people don’t seem to care after they’ve received your money. I will now have to try and take legal action, but being a single mum going up against rich surgeons will probably be a waste of time. Avoid this clinic like the plague , it will just make you even more depressed about your body than when you went in.
They should be ashamed of themselves…..

As for your reply….. I was eating noodles! Having traveled a long way I grabbed something quick. Noodles is not fried food. Please do not try and justify your bad workmanship.
As I explained to you Dr Horn assured me my stomach would be flat then proceeded to take my money. Those comments were NOT explained to me. Do you honestly think I would I of gone ahead knowing that!! It might of been explained the second time I had the procedure done, but by then it was too late wasn’t it, you’d already taken my money. It seems I’m not the only one to leave negative comments after having a bad experience is it

I had a treatment done by Dr Horn and couldn't be any happier with the results. I am no longer in discomfort or pain. A huge thank you to Dr Horn for his outstanding work and also to Ronnie and the team who supported me and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The nurses were amazing. My experience with the Harley Body Clinic was absolutely fantastic and here’s why:

• Other clinics such as Medbelle.com and eaclinic.co.uk had great reviews, but were too expensive and Medbelle only offered traditional liposuction whereas the recovery with Vaser liposuction is supposedly quicker and less painful and the Harley Body Clinic offered this.
• The cliniccentre.co.uk in Turkey looked great too and their reviews were decent. But Turkey was on the red list and their prices weren’t that much cheaper than the Harley Body Clinic – I found the Harley Body Clinic to have the best price in the UK overall for what was offered and they had aftercare 1 week and 3 weeks after the surgery whereas with Turkey that option wasn’t really viable.
• The booking and contact with reception and the consultant James at the Harley Body Clinic was always speedy and to the point.
• The information provided via email was informative and useful.
• The surgery/operation itself was great. Dr Gary Horn did come across as a quiet and reserved individual, but his reviews online are brilliant and the fact that he was filmed in a television series performing surgeries doesn’t surprise me – once in the surgery room, to say that he oozed calm is an understatement. He swiftly completed my procedure as if he had done it 1000s of times before, which really put me at ease. The surgery was under local anaesthetic, so I was awake. Having watched YouTube videos, especially of failed surgeries, I feared the worst – hence, tip/advice – don’t watch those bloody videos. But there was a curtain barrier between my head and the rest of my body, so I couldn’t see what was happening on my chest. The knife cuts are like someone getting a plastic spoon and swiping it across your skin. You feel it, but you don’t feel any pain. The surgery took about an hour and in terms of pain, there was a little – this was when I was pricked a few times with needles to inject the local anaesthetic and during the Vaser liposuction where the suction pipe occasionally prodded the sides of my chest. Alison and Fiona, the two nurses, were great and gave me a couple of stress balls in each hand. But most of the time, the Vaser liposuction suction pipe just vibrated inside my chest and felt as if someone was giving me a massage. So yes, I’m not going to lie – there is some pain and discomfort, but most of the time it was painless and Dr Gary Horn really did put me at ease with the way in which he quietly worked away.
• After the surgery, I felt great and my chest looked better than before despite the swelling! It was numb and there was no pain due to the local anaesthetic, so I could walk around comfortably. I think there is the option of sedation for those that prefer to be asleep during the surgery, but it costs around £1000 more (which is still cheaper than all the surgeries I contacted) and afterwards you supposedly feel really really lethargic and drowsy. So I’m happy I had the surgery under local anaesthetic – with the curtain I didn’t see what was happening on my chest or feel much pain and Alison and Fiona were on hand to ease any nerves.
• The local anaesthetic lasted about 4-6 hours, so I didn’t feel any pain until later in the afternoon – hence, after the surgery I was able to get up, walk around, use the toilet (which is really clean btw), pop into the local Sainsbury’s which is a 10 minute walk away to buy some sandwiches and eat those whilst I walked to the underground station and took the train/tube home (this is not recommended by the surgery!).
• Post-surgery, I was given an antibiotics course, some paracetamol and a compression vest. There was some pain, which slowly eased in the coming days. I received a call 4 days after the surgery and had a online video check of my chest 5 days after the surgery. I’m due for another check in 3 weeks, so it’s great to know that the post-surgery aftercare is there.

The surgery itself does look a bit like a dental practice, but please don’t let that put you off. If you really want a fancy hospital then you’ll have to go elsewhere and pay a lot more – some surgeries quoted me twice as much as what I paid at the Harley Body Clinic. But for me what really matters is not just the price, but the quality of the surgeon, the surgery itself and the aftercare – and all of that was excellent by the Harley Body Clinic.

Underwent surgery two months ago and i'm very happy with the results. During the whole process from beginning to end the staff were extremely professional, friendly and on hand to answer any queries I had. Would definitely recommend.

Had my gyno removed which was something which bothered me my whole life. From start to finish couldnt ask more. Super friendly honest and helpful. Recovery was smooth as ever and i couldnt be happier. Had support post op and given extra consultations to make sure my requests were clear pre op. Gets all my recommendations to friends and family due to the professionalism and guarantee to know you are in good hands by real professionals

Six weeks on from my surgery I am very pleased with the results. I had a hernia repair , muscle separation repair (7cm separation) and full tummy tuck. Dr Horn and James in particular were amazing, Very professional and informative, James answered all my questions very promptly and he was very reassuring. the nurses are lovely and treated me like one of their family. I am regularly reviewed but so far amazed . I would definitely recommend this clinic ,thank you

Since last 2 years man boobs has been bothering me. After a detailed research and narrowing down options, found Harley Body Clinic. Their customer service is exceptional, they dealt with my multiple questions, provided me documentation and also briefed on pro and cons of the procedure. After meeting Dr. Horn for a consultation and then making a choice to proceed with him, I was still nervous on what the outcome will be. However, it has been 4 months post-surgery and my results are great. I don’t face any more embarrassment and openly take out my shirt in front of others. Thank you HBC and Dr. Horn !

Had vaser liposuction 6 months ago. Dr. Horn was my surgeon. He is very polite and man of few words. He is very good at his work. I am very happy with the final result. Great team and very good aftercare.

I highly recommend their service. Initially, there was a free online consultation with the surgeon, and a rough price was given. Dr Horn was terrific. I dropped to their clinic in Harley Street for a face to face consultation with Dr Horn. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. They meet all the clinical parameters excellently, so I chose to do the surgery with Dr Horn given his experience of over 30 years. Post-surgery, it’s been eight and a half months, and I am happy with my result.

In a single word its an awesome experience with Harley Body Clinic. Less than £5K , I got my abdomen and Flanks done . I must say their price is competitive and affordable. The entire team was really amazing and very professional. The customer service is excellent and also caring at the same time . I had a very good experience with them. Before their consultation I always used to think that Vaser Liposuction is too costly. I would recommend them. Best wishes ...

Please please if you are reading this do not make the same mistake I made and avoid this company. I paid £3000 for Vaser lipo on my back flanks and my arms I was so excited as i was looking to feeling confident about my body. I had been saving my money for this procedure. when I went to the consultation they had advise me I would see some changes and gave me a form to fill out for my expectation. The day of surgery I was so excited and so happy but the moment I went into the surgery room I started to realise somethings not right the anaesthetic they had claimed to use did not work as I was in unimaginable pain I’m talking pain that no human been should have to bear I even started crying on the surgery table the surgeon paid no mind and just continued after surgery I had blood all over me and got myself cleaned up I thought to myself ok well atleast I would start to see results. Over 2 months later absolutely nothing I look exactly the same with unnecessary scars the worst part is I keep getting these sharp pains on my side and random headaches I’ve had to book an appointment with my gp as I have already started to file court proceedings against them. They have refused to give me my money back and tell me to come in. I am emotionally traumatised by this company and will make sure That not only they give me my money back but their practice gets shut down as innocent people are waisting their money on a botched clinic. Again pls pls avoid them !

I had an extremely poor surgery with this clinic, it is poorly run and they made an error of placing incisions in the wrong place due to lack of communication between the salesman and the surgeon.

I have had no refund back and they are now consistently emailing me because I left a review on trust pilot of my honest opinion threatening me with a law firm for being honest.

My partner was present throughout the experience and can confirm my accusations of an appalling botched surgery.

Clearly just scare tactics so I remove my reviews but incredibly unprofessional. Do Not trust these guys!

6 months back I had gynecomastia surgery, very pleased with result. I was given a 24 hours number for post surgery support. Always received swift responses to my queries. Aftercare was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Gynecomastia surgery was performed 9 months ago. so far I have not written a review because there was a clear healing process and the result did not seem as expected but now I absolutely can and want to recommend this clinic. I am very pleased with the result and the friendly staff who are always in touch also a very professional booking team. Thank you guys.

Every touchpoint has been excellent.
We first contacted Harley Body Clinic because as a surgery aftercare specialist, we have seen a LOT of procedures. Dr Horn's results were the best ever.

From thereon in, it was a seemless journey to my own treatment. Literally everything was fantastic, the care, the speed, the friendly professionalism. And of course my results. I'm only two weeks in and already I am looking better than I did before surgery. Not bad when I still have another 3.5 months to go before I'll see the final results.

I had a great experience during my Vaser lipo session with Dr Horn and his great team. All of who really supported me during the surgery. It’s only early days post operative but the after care consultant is always quick to respond and really looking forward to getting my LDM done. I would say that if you are getting more than 1-2 areas done at once then awake seduction or general would be a better option as felt a lot of pain during the surgery but was thankful that the team around me cared for me and didn’t feel like it was such a rush to get me done and out the door.

I had gynecomastia surgery, originally in March 2020 and didn't get the right results first time around even though a significant amount of tissue was removed. This unfortunately can happen and is a risk with any cosmetic procedure.
More importantly though when I went back 9 months later, without hesitation I was offered remedial surgery. The staff are all warm and friendly friendly and provided me with constant support throughout. James in particular was very helpful. The booking team are also incredibly helpful and responsive.
