Had a new door of Haus 2 years ago ,had an issue with lock system.Rang company next day Tom the engineer arrived as agreed and solved issue in no time .Nice to work with a company that his honourable when you have an problem.

We had cladding installed over 2 bay windows at our house. The materials were delivered on December 1st, and the Haus team arrived to fit the cladding as agreed on the 2nd.
We had issues with the first fitting, these were sorted with 2 subsequent visits.

Hugely impressed from start to finish. Design rep Mitch gave me superb advice and support, helping me understand the quality of the Haus products, guiding me with clarity and experience through the options so I could make the best choices. No pressure, just total professionalism. Again, my installation team of Lewis and Louie were tremendous. Arriving promptly as agreed, I knew immediately that my job was in the very best of hands. Efficient, friendly and helpful, they took care throughout, allayed my fears and exceeded my expectations. They left the house clean and tidy and delivered a great installation for me. They even sorted existing blinds saving me time and money. Finally, although I’ve not met them Emily and Zoltan delivered all the necessary information, timescales, invoices with consummate ease and clarity. Well done Haus 10 out of 10

I was quite satisfied with the installation of my main door. Unlike a big national firm that kept my deposit after stating they don't handle small houses despite two visits and a signed contract, Haus impressed me with their process. They didn't ask for a deposit and their salesperson and surveyor were attentive and respectful. The team efficiently removed the old door and installed the new one. Although there was a mix-up with the panel, Adam promptly delivered and installed the correct one the next day, also assisting me with a lock issue.

The technician Tom was spot on time at 9am, identified & rectified the problem promptly & tidied up, leaving the area spotless

On Friday, Alan & Ant returned to complete our installation of doors and facia boards.
The work was carried out in a superior professional way. Nothing was a problem with any issue's to be rectified.
The fitters were a breath of fresh air to have around.
A couple of minor details were highlighted and have been re-scheduled to a further date and we have requested Alan & Ant to carry out these changes.

Dan and Jaydon don't did a to job on our door replacement. In and out, no mess, no fuss. Would recommend Haus for a painless experience from quote to fitting.

Recently had a full set of windows and doors fitted by Dan and Jaydon, fitters from Haus Installations. They were polite, professional and hard working. I had a call from a non pushy salesman - which was refreshing! Gave me a good price including a discount. The work was done very quickly (new patio doors, new back door, bay window and three other windows) all done in 2 days! Tye, the fitter was a star!
There were a few finishing bits to do and unfortunately a cracked roof tile but the company were brilliant and repaired this and completed all the finishing bits within 2 days. I am really pleased and would definately recommend!

Salesman came out to quote for Guttering, then we asked for a additional quotation on Front Door and Windows for future date. Went ahead with the Guttering. Had a few problems needed 3 additional visits by fitters to complete job.. Nigel the Service Manager was excellent sorting out the problems and a gift voucher of compensation for our troubles. No follow up from the Salesman at all.

Haus installations are a great company. We’ve had various products ourselves and recently recommend them to my father. From the quote through to installation they were all amazing. Misquoted for bifold. After signing the contract we had the surveyor come out and inform us that the quote wasn’t correct. A phone call later and the quote then doubled….. which was £4K more. How can you get a quote that wrong? They didn’t offer any form of compensation for this, no discount for the misquote, no payment plan or anything. It was just this is what it is, if you don’t like it feel free to cancel the job. Shame for them as we have a full renovation to do. Not only unprofessional but destroyed our dream.

Update: They called and did not apologise but to ask me to take down my review to cover their back. The surveyor was 15 mins late, did not apologise and would only talk to my husband. Avoid this company!

Recently had our sash windows replaced on the front of our Victorian terraced house, and can’t believe how much quieter and warm the house is. The lads were prompt, efficient, polite and tidy! And the windows look amazing - the neighbours are impressed too! 10/10

I had a door fitted some years ago by a jobbing builder. It was a good door, and fitted okay. However, having a door fitted by Haus was a different experience. It is so well fitted, and there thoroughness and professional approach throughout was reassuring. Okay, it cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for! Great door! Thanks Haus.
