My experience with this company was 2nd to none very helpful Customer Service and the two guys that did my work on my fascia soffits and guttering was superb. One guy was named Johnny and he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and hopefully in the future I will require them for a new front door.

Over all, I was pleased with the installation of a (main) door. I had previously approached a larger national company who, after two visits and a contract signed, then said they didn't do (small) houses but held on to my deposit for as long as they could. In contrast, Haus didn't require a deposit and both the salesperson and surveyor were respectful and listened. The removal of the old door and fitting of the new was efficient. There was one error in that the wrong panel was supplied but Adam brought it round and fitted it the next day and helped me with a problem I had with the lock.

Excellent product and service from the Haus team for the supply and fit of 2 front doors the week before Christmas . Only glitch was a mix up on delivery meaning install over 2 days rather than 1 - very happy with the look and quality of the final result !

I contacted Tom and his team to see if they would be able to assist us in installing a cat flap in our UPVC door.

Tom instantly came back to us and confirmed this was not a problem and instantly assigned an engineer to the job.

Within the week the cat flap was installed and job complete! Highly recommend and highly advise should you have a job to contacting Haus!

Brilliant, professional job carried out by Darren and Jaydon our fitters. They worked hard to get our 87 year old original wooden bay windows removed which took over 4 hours each window as they had been installed originally when our house was built. We love our new windows it’s great being able to easily open the windows. The windows were fitted on the days we had asked for when we ordered which was another positive for us. Thanks again To Darren and Jayden for their hard work.

I had both a new front door and fascia and guttering replaced. The service from start to finish was exemplary. Communication is first class and nothing seemed too much trouble. Everyone I came in to contact with was professional and polite.
