We met Mark at Hanley Offices and he was very helpful in giving us options because we wanted a cheap flight and he managed to find one for us within minutes and when we booked for your tickets it was done is less than 10 minutes which was excellent. Keep up the good work especially when we were offered extra services. This is what we want when travelling. Thanks a lot to Hays Travelers Hanley for a well-done job

We had a great experience in Hays Travel because the staff treat you with respect and make you feel special. They explain everything in detail and give you loads of options regarding all of your holiday needs. They don't rush you or put pressure on you which is rare these days.
