Cyprus wedding July 202
I was looking for a place in Cyprus as we had been invited to a wedding in July. I knew where the other guests were staying so I thought I’d try and get in the same hotel. I told the gentleman what I wanted and within minutes he said that he had managed to get us into the hotel we required. He was very helpful and very friendly.

We were made welcome as soon as we entered the shop, Tom put us at ease straight away. Everything we wanted he was able to sort out even turned a two week holiday into three for the price. We are very happy.

The room category is described as a Double or Twin, and this was clearly noted and understood at the time of booking. While we are unable to guarantee a twin setup in advance, Lucy has already contacted the hotel to request this arrangement on your behalf. We also understand that you have reached out to the hotel directly, and we appreciate your proactive approach.

Everything is easy.
Booked the holiday we wanted with no problems, very professional and excellent service. The travel agent took time with us to discuss and explain the details after printing out our itinerary.
Travel insurance was also discussed and booked at the same time, always a great experience booking through Hays in Lancaster everything is always clearly explained.
