The care and attention to every detail is always 100% and more.
The team always make the processes seem less. No matter how many questions I ask or requirements I would like are always responded asap with good outcomes.

Mikki helped us with changing our…
Mikki helped us with changing our holiday to Cape Verde, after our original holiday was cancelled due to the war.
We were that pleased with the service, that we have booked to go back to Cape Verde and are taking our son and girlfriend.
We did have issues with Chloe who took the initial holiday to the Maldives, but unfortunately she didn’t tell us the truth about emailing us, we did speak to the manager about her. But it’s not the problem, it’s how you deal with it, and Mikki and everyone else was lovely, so well done to the rest of the team.
