Good morning, regarding your customer service it is extremely good. The only thing that bothers me is that we have to wait quite a bit for the equipment to be available and ready for shipping. We, as a company understands it, but our customers don't.
Otherwise, HCE personnel are really nice and helpful. I mostly deal with Mr Nathan White
