Patricia was so helpful in booking our trip. We got a great deal and we were able to reschedule when Covid ruined our initial travel plans. Would definitely use again!

All through our family experiences in Fiji with COVID and access issues due to cyclones, Maria at Hideaway Holidays always had a solution so we could keep on holidaying!
Much appreciated

Kreeti (Maria) provided us not just with the best travel customer service we have ever received, but some of the best we have ever received on anything! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Kreeti highly enough. She provided incredible customer service. Responsive and reliable, nothing was too much trouble in and out of office hours.
We were very tricky customers and Kreeti provided us with a cool rational service.
Thank you Kreeti, I do not know what we would have done without you on the end of the phone!

We had an unforgettable time at French Polynesia (Bora Bora and Tahiti) thanks to Hideaway Holidays. Jack Daniels walked us thru all potential options and was very open and patient with us. He, somehow was able to connect with us, and prepared the itinerary of our dreams. Looking forward to our next vacations planned by him. Two thumbs up!

love the hideaway it needs to be updated the pool area and where we eat

We stayed been to Treasure Island 5 times now and have always enjoyed it thoroughly.
A bit of paradise on earth. Unspoiled, unpretentious and charming.
Service is friendly and nothing is a bother.

I was a little nervous booking with an online travel agent but there was no reason to be. The agents were excellent and you have the direct number for your agent so your quote and booking go through the same person. Really great prices. Everything was organised for us, and when we got to Fiji it could not have gone smoother with the transfers and the resort. We have booked again with Hideaway Holidays!

We found Hideaway Holidays a very good company and enjoyed our overseas holiday.

Fantastic to deal with and very well priced.

Staff excellent, buildings getting a bit tiered, but really enjoy my stay I'm coming back in August 2020

More than happy , a couple of things weren’t very clear and I needed to chase them up .

Liana is so helpful and efficient. Absolutely loved working with her at planning our perfect honeymoon

All worked out well, no problems with booking accommodation a little slow for Hideaway Holidays to communicate with resorts, but may have been problem at resort end. All in all satisfactory.

We had a pleasant holiday at the Naviti Resort, but I think it could be improved. Maybe put the Fijians back into the kitchen, & don't reuse the meat for another day. I became very tired of having the meals from yesterday served up again today.
There is a new general manager so things will look up I'm sure.

Excellent service all around. The holiday was perfect. Thank you Patricia

Can’t fault Patricia from hideaway holidays. She was very patient when we changed our holiday requirements several times and then beat the next best quote by a mile and included a few extras. Every part of our itinerary was flawless with no issues at all. Can not recommend her enough.

Hideaway holidays were fantastic. They made sure our holiday to Bora Bora was as seamless as possible. All flights, car, plane and boat transfers, room selections were arranged even a resort credit was included allowing us to swim with the sharks and feed the stingrays. Priya was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. There were no nasty surprises and the prices for the packages are better than other travel agents in the market. Will definitely be using them again. Thankyou for organising an unforgettable trip. Priya you were superb!

We booked our Fiji Family holiday through Hideaway Holidays and it was fantastic! Any questions were answered promptly via email and it was easy to communicate and sort out the details of our holiday. I definitely recommend using Hideaway Holidays as your online travel agent!
