Having been in the motor trade all my life(88 years old) I was very reluctant to go to a TYRE & AUTOCARE shop thinking they would only be interested in selling me something I didn't need. HOW WRONG COULD I BE.The manager Rhys listened to my problem, asking what I considered to be relevant questions, Jason the mechanic was soon sorting out my problem NO high pressure sales just down to earth genuine NEED TO DO advice, NOT the tyre shop waffle I was expecting.Thank you both very much if only all motor trade experiences were this good

Guys at the Stamford branch, in particular Rhys and Jason were very helpful, polite and efficient changing the four tyres on my Corolla.

Very quick this guys sorted me out in 15 min with the tracking also very friendly and the branch manager it’s a spot on guy definitely..i will go back definitely,and the prices are competitive against other big shops for the same job 5 🌟

The customer service was top notch they were polite and friendly, my service was done using good quality products and in good time, I have used the Stamford branch on a number of occasions including having new tyres and each time they have been great, prices are reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the future

I was seen to almost immediately, the lads were very polite and helpful, no matter what question I asked they were enthusiastic and quick to explain if I didn't understand. Work was done in record time, Jason had my tyres fitted and I was on my way in half the time I had expected. The office lads were very polite and helpful and explained the extra bits I would need in the future clearly. 10/10

The manager was very rude to me for no reason .
Basically I parked my car in front of the entrance as I was trying to get out of my car to find out the process, what to do, where to park the car etc etc
This disgusting person ( who looks dirty , unshaven etc ) appear from a door 10 metres from where I was shouting and telling me get out …as I was trying to ask for directions and what to do ! He just keep shouting and been rude . The other guys vey kindly apologise and told me sorry and that the manager always behave like that .

Friendly, efficient service from Keiran and Rhys.
Answered all my questions and were very good at explaining wheel alignment and the effects of of being out of alignment.
Very very good local service.

Very helpful team and offered great advice and very clear price breakdown of the work required to fix my car. Very reasonable prices and great customer service.

Excellent service from the Stamford team Ryhs in particular was very helpful when I arrived with a blown tyre,although not having my size in stock he ordered me the tyre required and had it fitted and sorted within the quoted time frame

Booked a tyre fitting on line for when I finished work. Arrived at garage and on arrival was told had no compressor, for last 2 weeks. Found it strange so left.

I had 3 tyres replaced by the Stamford Branch at the end of february due to advisories on my last M.O.T.
Unfortunately one of the brand new tyres had a fault and went down to 10 psi!!
I was really lucky that it happened while parked up and not while I was driving on the A1 and potentially causing a blowout/accident.
I phoned them up the next day and they said they had my tyre size in stock and I arranged to come in later that day to get it checked over and replaced.
When I did bring my car back in I was blantently told that the tyre is not at fault and that the problem was my alloy wheel.
I have had this vehicle for 8 years with numerous tyre changes and never had a tyre go down to 10 psi before!
I regularly check my tyre pressures and especially before a long journey and only lose a couple of psi.
I was obviously worried as I drove on this tyre for a short distance and was concerned I had damaged the sidewall and just really wanted a replacement tyre for my peace of mind and they couldn't even do that!
Surely if there was a problem with my alloy wheel, then that should of been picked up on by the person who originally changed my tyre on friday 21st of february and then reported back to me ASAP!
Not a week later!
I was happy that Francessa from the Ketteringham branch did help me out in the end, but not after blaming me for poor driving skills and hitting a pot hole, which was so rude and totally untrue.
Where was the visible damage to my tyre then if that's what she reckoned I did?
I hadn't even driven the car until the day before and I would definitely be aware if I've hit a pot hole or not.
I had my tyre taken back off the rim again and she showed me my alloy and gave it a bit of a clean where the tyre bead sits.
Overall I would say poor customer service and anything she could say to pass the fault on to me she tried and definitely not admitting to there own failings.
There does seem to be a serious mismatch of skills and the quality of work carried out amongst the staff at this centre.
Is this just another typical fast fit centre, working as fast as they can to make as much money as possible while potentially putting their customers at risk?
Also when I returned to pick up my car, the tyre fitters/mechanics where smoking right outside the premises in full view of customers, this is really unprofessional and not a great impression of the business.
Now this is the first time I've used this centre for new tyres and I can honestly say it's definitely the last!!

Very pleasant staff and service was excellent

I had a problem with my tyre and they were honest and said it was just cosmetic. I chose to have it replaced and took the old one back home. I had two more tyre issues issues in the following two weeks. They could not find stock of my Polestar tyres, so replaced it with the one I had taken home and checked all pressures on a following issue/occasion. They did not charge me for the last two issues. Very helpful, calming [!] and reassuring. Could not have done more for a disabled lady. Will definitely use them again. Knowledgable, pleasant efficient manager.

Absolutely amazing service yet again. Really can not fault the staff and service at the Stamford branch. Fabulous service and always willing to help. Thank you so much.

Just what I wanted, prompt and courteous

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish at the Stamford location! Booking tyres change was exceptionally easy, with great availability and competitive pricing. I was contacted promptly to schedule my appointment at a convenient time. The tyres change was carried out swiftly, and the customer service was second to none—every team member was friendly and professional. The manager runs the place like clockwork. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jay was very helpful in booking my car in and managing the work. He and his team were also good to explain the type of tyres and also recommended balancing them for better wear.

Rob the manager was very intelligent and helpful, phoned me on multiple occasions about bookings and my car status, he was very efficient.

First time use, came in to get a puncture repair after being told from another garage it can’t be repaired. Repaired for £28 straight away, amazing garage.
