The WeChat pay not so user friendly,
When I created an amount for the QR code, Screenshot the QR code and email to my customer for payment, But once I close the app, The QR code is not valid anymore, This is the problem, My customer may scan the QR code few hours later, I couldn’t leave the app open all the way

No Account Changes Update Support Available here total scam

Make Agency Stores Custom Sites Payments Receive in A bulk amount but this hitpay support for bank account changes no responding if i want urgently update my payout details there is no any support available who can assist you respecfully instant like other companies, this is very disrespectful behavior use also no apology and support not available merchant send lots of mails no receive response for issue updates also whatsapp is damn waste of time better to close all stores & custom sites payment receiving here and payout your existing balance and no more use this type of scam service for no assistance just eat peoples money

Not good for USA/EUR/EU merchants

From all indications, it seems any business regsitered in USA/EUR/AU and receiving payments in USD/AUD/CAD/EUR etc would have issue dealing with you guys. Obviously your services are best suited for the local asian market only. So , that should be mentioned in your ads. I have an account with you guys but since my business is american and receives payments in USD , i'd rather just be patient and wait till i get an actual American or European payment processor that reliable. Don't want my funds to be held and account shut like what you did to other merchants.

I did onboarding and after 1st…

I did onboarding and after 1st transaction (700$ CAD approx) it was flagged and sent in review. I sent all the requested docs. They stopped answering my email. I escalated to stripe and they said to contact hitpay which I did trough whatsapp and emails for a few months. They never replied today after having given up i decided to check again. my account doest exist anymore.. THIEVERY at its best

Hitpay does not know the laws for starting an Australian business.

They don't know the laws for starting an Australian business. After going through the ID verification process they then require business registration documents...You do not need to register a business to be a sole trader in Australia. Know the rules! I will stick with Stripe and PayPal.

Prompt, Personal Service in solving technical issues

Recently, I made a urgent request to solve an issue on my HitPay payment gateway on my website.
Truly appreciate the very prompt, personal and patient correspondence I had with the team. The issue was solved and what I truly appreciate was their patience in guiding me to find out the issue.
