The staff in Argyll Street Glasgow are very friendly knowledgeable & have no problem on looking up the back catalogues on line. I went round the corner & visited flopp on union Street I got what I was looking for, interesting as I live in East Kilbride I occasionally visit the plaza store but never seem to replace albums is this thesign of a death nell, hopefully not as it is one of the few shops that I visit in the Town

Staff are very helpful when you have a enquiry for music and dvd/blue-Ray's if it's not available they'll order it in for you and in few days they'll contact you. You can collect instore/sent to your home address. Well done!

Outstanding member of staff
The member of staff who served us plus the outstanding choice of cd's, dvd's. The member of staff was knowlagable, friendly without being over familiar, engaged in light hearted banter and was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. She is a total credit to HMV and should be highly valued.

I recently order some dvds from HMV …
I recently order some dvds from HMV now they have come I am enjoying watching them on different days. Ordering from them is good and even is in store the staff are good and poiet to you and helpful when u need the help
