I went in Store and a lovely chap called David helped me with all the things that I was looking for an even took my trolley to the car and unloaded it

Kevin was beyond helpful in store. He was patient and knowledgeable which was a totally different experience of this store previously.

Honestly a fantastic experience!! I was there there to get keys cut and i was greeted by Tegan. Served me with a smile and good eye contact. Better than the people that just stare at the floor. Even asked if there was anything more she could do to help me that day. It’s crazy that most businesses customer service is awful but homebase are clearly doing something right as she was an absolute delight. I will be returning to the store in the future as the customer service is without a doubt better than they're competitors. Thank you Tegan

Luke was super helpful assisting us with our colour match and the issues we had with some Dulux colours. He was really patient and gave us a great solution which resulted in the perfect colour which we are really happy with.

Completely let down on an online order of garden table and chairs by Homebase . Told after delivery date out of stock. Main customer service response directed to branch that had none. Phoned jade at bishops stortford. She not only checked they were available but sorted out the online order phoning and sorting the head office side of it. By the time we went to pick it up that’s all we had to do. Excellent customer service by jade.

We’ve recently had a new kitchen fitted that was designed by Phil and supplied by Homebase. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and visited the store today to choose the flooring. Phil was incredibly helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for, thank you!!!
