Great customer service from pam on the checkout

The plants in the garden centre were so sad, the majority were extremely wilted, dead and dying, when I asked if anyone ever watered them I just got shrugged shoulders. The Brookwood store should be ashamed of themselves.

We collected from the Woking branch (not our local nearest Branch) as it was the only place that had any left. The assistant got the picture very quickly for us and said she really liked it too.

PRICE AND SERVICE VERY VERY GOOD

Did click and collect. Was ready in 20 mins. The lovely lady who served me could see I was by myself with a toddler so called for a colleague to bring a trolley, push the items out to the car and load it for me. Completely unexpected but a wonderful help and very much appreciated. Lovely friendly staff. Thank you

I was contacted by an amazing member of staff called Paul that the lights that I'd ordered for click and collect couldn't be located in the store. He checked the stock at other stores and located them in Bracknell; he then went above and beyond his job and offered to collect them for me (as he lives in Bracknell) and bring them back to the Woking branch for me to collect. Superb service and a valuable member of staff!

Very Quick service

I am a regular at this homebase I have been coming here for years the staff were lovely and helpful as usual but the toilets have been blocked for the past 3 weeks and smell awful.

i was shopping today in homebase and there was a foul smell lingering around i had mentioned it to a member of staff and they apologised and explained that their toilets had been out of order for around 3 weeks now

Staff polite and extremely friendly

In store staff we dealt with were not friendly or approachable. In face, the guy we asked to mix some paint for us barely said 2 words. Stock of paint poor. A little disappointing to be honest. First time at the branch.
