My son and 7 year old grandson were stuck in the traffic on the 260 due to a tragic accident. I called all hotels in Payson and all were booked. Russell was amazingly empathic and so very calming and was able to provide the last room available. As a worried mom he was a true angel!!!! Thank you so very much Russell!!

Fe Maycel, the lovely young woman who assisted with my reservation was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and friendly - it was a pleasure speaking to her and I appreciated that she found us another hotel in the general area of the hotel we initially wanted to stay given that it was booked. A very positive experience!

My stay was accommodating
My stay was accommodating. The management was very helpful. However when I registered online for 3 nights I thought the price for each night was $69.50. When I got to the hotel it was $127 for the first night. I needed to cancel the 2 nights and that was handled very well. I found the online explanation of your billing procedure very confusing.

Easy check in
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The location is right across the street from the American Airlines Center. I wasn't attending anything there but now I know where to stay when I do! Beautiful hotel.

Incorrect emaii as to where l was stayiing
You sent me the wrong email saying l was staying at the Super 8 Windhamn down the road l was on the phone over two hours trying to speak with someone with no satisfaction finally I felt l was being scammed so l locked my card this should not happen I’m 86 years old and was really upset now you let me know what can be done about this
