1st hotel twice what showed on line…
1st hotel twice what showed on line then hotel they recommended next booked found out after on review had bed bugs so called back to cancel and booked with Beat Western (had great reviews) almost same spot. Then after cancel 1at booking in less then 10 minutes didn’t get full refund!

It was very easy
It was very easy. I entered the dates location price range and type of rooms needed. In less than an hour I had multiple offers and was able to book 17 rooms for our group.

Don’t believe ANYTHING the Representative says!!
Was told that there would be no penalty if i needed to cancel reservation if i paid $ 758.xx. ( we have a recent transplant patientbtraveling for wedding and health is not guaranteed) when the ‘receipt’ came it declared a one night penalty- i immediately called again - Justin said he would open an investigation into situation - I’m unhappy at being LIED to by your ‘agent/representative’!!!!!
