Retouren sehr langwierig

Leider dauern Retouren ewig. Und man wird immer vertröstet, dass das Paket bestimmt nächste Woche bei ihnen ankommt. Ich warte immer noch. Seit 20 Tagen mittlerweile. Sehr frustrierend.
Bei Klarna kann man auch nicht auswählen welche Produkte man behält und nur diese bezahlen. Es geht nur die Gesamtsumme.
Die Ware war ok aber aufgrund des ewig dauernden Retourenprozesses werde ich nicht noch einmal dort bestellen.

Artikel wurde im ,,angeblich falschem Karton zurückgeschickt,, daher wurden fast 20€ weniger von der Kaufsumme erstattet.
Niemals wieder würde ich hier bestellen

We always try to do our best to give propper service to all our customers. Whether they are customers who have shopped with us previously or customers who are considering shopping with us.
Part of that service, for us, is being able to offer new products in their original packaging. When a shoebox is used as the only packaging for a return shipping, it unfortunately reaches us in a "not new" state. Therefore new customers will no longer receive "new products." Just as we ship products to you in a shipping box or bag, we ask that you return any items to us in the same manner.
When a product no longer reflects a "new" status, we can deduct a fee to recover said status, for any return item.
Further more, we offer a return label, to make returns easier, we do however not offer free returns - thus the price of the label, is deducted from the total refund.

Any such occurences will reflect in the total refund.

We always appreciate our customers reaching out to us and will always do our utmost to reach fair solutions for all.

Hohe Rücksendekosten

Die Ware ist sehr schön, allerdings finde ich heutzutage 7,99€ für eine Retoure unverschämt. Selbstverständlich ist es in den AGB so vermerkt. Man denkt dann aber nicht nach wenn das Retourenlabel bereits im Paket mitgeschickt wird. Hätte ich das eher gesehen, hätte ich die Ware behalten. Daher werde ich hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Betrug Rücksendung?

Ich habe einen Schneeanzug bestellt und mit dem beigelegten Rücksendeetikett wieder zurückgeschickt da er nicht gepasst hat. Bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Nichtmal eine Rückmeldung über die Retoure. Ich habe heute den Kundenservice angeschrieben und bin mal gespannt ob rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet werden müssen oder ob es sich so klärt.

Sehr unseriös. Warte bis heute auf Rueckzahlungserstattung (11.11.25) Angeblich erst auf falsches Konto gebucht, jetzt Sendepause.

A co.uk shop but no help if you're in the UK

Think they should give up on their co.uk shop as there's no help for customers who want to return orders from the UK. At the very least this could be clear, transparent and obvious at checkout. Bought a coat that turned out to be a bit small so I wanted to return it, get a refund a and buy a larger size. I just have to chance it without a return label to send it to Denmark as they don't provode return labels to the UK. The coat was worth 50 quid. Tracked delivery to Denmark would be 14 quid and god knows what happens when it goes through customs in Denmark because of Brexit as it's worth more than 39 quid. When there was no help from customer service and I said I'm not buying from here again, the patronising agent thought she was being super friendly by telling me there are other nice clothes shops to buy from and clearly didn't care or have a clue what the issue is here. If you're going to pretend to be a UK shop with your co.uk, at least offer proper customer service as well. They just expect customers to know all UK/EU trading legislation so long as they have a Danish address on their website and are not clear at checkout what returning an item looks like. The obly information they give you about returning an item is to send it to them with no returning label. No information on how to label the parcel, RMA etc. I had to Google all of that as they clearly have no clue how to trade outside of the EU. I've aaled for this information twice without any response so they won't even allow me to return a product I can't use.
Shocking. Absolute scam!

Achtung bei Retouren, man wird betrogen

Update zu meiner Bewertung aus dem August: Nach meiner Bewertung hier hat man mich angeschrieben, dass meine Retoure doch anerkannt und mir das Geld gutgeschrieben wird, mit der Bitte dann aber meine negative Bewertung hier zu löschen.

Bewertung aus dem August:
Alles ist super, schneller Versand uns so weiter. So lange man nichts retournieren möchte! So habe ich 4 der 6 Teile (Maileg) ungeöffnet in originaler Verpackung und Versandverpackung vom Shop auf eigene Kosten (Achtung Retouren kosten mindestens 6,99 Euro) zurück gesandt. Soweit so gut. Nun schreibt man mir, man könne meine Retoure nicht akzeptieren, da die Sachen (Inhalt und Verpackungen) angeblich kaputt und zerstört dort angekommen seien. Man sendet mir Bilder im Anhang von den angeblichen 4 Boxen, die komplett zerrissen sind. Ich habe diese Boxen noch nicht mal geöffnet. Ich bin noch nie so von einem Shop so betrogen worden. Wahnsinn, ich bin sprachlos.

I had an issue with my package

I had an issue with my package. Couldn't find any email on their website, only an inquiry form which I filled a month ago. No one ever got back to me. Honestly shocking.

Very Bad customer service

Very Bad customer service . My Package did not arrived and Shop Tell me they can not do anything and I can Talk with Gls . Gls say I am Not their Customer and Shop should Start Investigation. Of course I will Information Klarna and Police about all this Situation, but I Never had this Bad customer service !!!

I can add for your answer that it is Not True and you lie here. You told me you can do nothing and you dont take responsibility for Post and now You Write me here that you contacted Gls etc seriously what a shame to try here to Look good when you know how you treat customers

Disappointed with the customer service after not receiving all items

I orderd three baby clothing items but only got one item which had no label on it. I mailed the customer support but according to them, their packaging proces is set up in a way that it doesn't allow these kinds of mistakes. I got the feeling that they didn't believe me, I had to send them photos of the parcel which I had already thrown away at that point. Anyway, the parcel wasn't damaged so the mistake must be in their packaging proces. At last they asked me to fill out a form for DHL which they could have easily filled out with the information at hand. During all those mails between them and me, the missing items sold out so now I'm bummed as I really needed these items. Hopefully I will get a refund.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem…


Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Service. Ich habe alle Artikel zurückgesendet und trotzdem wurden mir 108 Euro berechnet. Auf meine mehrmaligen Nachfragen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass mein Anliegen ignoriert wird.

Ich werde definitiv keine 100 Euro zahlen, wenn die Reklamation der Jacke nicht bearbeitet wird. Sollte etwas mit der Ware sein, die nicht reklamiert wird, erwarte ich zumindest, dass mir die Artikel zurückgesendet werden.

So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist unprofessionell und nicht hinnehmbar

Tak til Christina

Jeg havde et tysk gavekort, som der opstod problemer med ved betaling. Fluks hjalp Christina mig videre, så jeg kunne gennemføre mit køb.
Jeg afhentede min ordre på House of Kids' adresse i Odder. Her blev jeg meget venligt modtaget med et stort smil (også af Christina).
Senere viste det sig, at jeg skulle have ombyttet nogle varer - igen uden problemer, men med et meget løsningsorienteret sind af Christina.

Tak for god behandling. Jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage, når lille spunk går en størrelse op i tøj og det er tid til at shoppe igen 🤗
