We have looked into your order and can see notes confirming that, at the time of your order, we were unable to locate the stock required to fulfil it. We therefore contacted you to explain when new stock was expected, and you were happy to wait for the item to become available.
We’re pleased to confirm that your order was dispatched via DPD on 15/09 and is currently at their Middleton Depot. It is scheduled for delivery to you tomorrow.
Please remember that you will need the PIN sent to you by DPD to accept your delivery.

Products are well priced
I have dropped one star as when I initially tried to order the product, I could not complete the purchase at payment stage; reason unknown. However, I closed down and went to another browser and placed the order again, which was successful. Apart from this one glitch, all good. The product was well priced and delivery was fairly prompt. It would not put me off purchasing from Housing Units again.

None of my products have been delivered, despite advising a 1 week delivery period when I ordered and paid for the furniture. Still waiting on confirmation of when the furniture will be delivered.

At the time of placing your order, the estimated delivery timeframe provided was mid to late September. Unfortunately, this timeframe could not be fulfilled by the supplier, resulting in a delay to your order.
We can see that you have had multiple email conversations with Elle from our team, and the latest update confirms that your goods are booked to be received by us on 2nd October. Once the furniture has arrived with us, our Logistics Team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
We understand that waiting longer than expected is disappointing, and we apologise for the delay. We’ll be in touch as soon as your furniture is received so that we can get your delivery arranged.

Great prices poor quality
Unfortunately a very negative experience. Table started flaking at edges within a couple of months. Lifted the table once and it broke. Spoke to customer services who originally agreed to replace through warranty over the phone, then refused when I emailed. Won’t be purchasing from here again, good prices but very poor quality.
