Quality items backed by first class customer service.
We tried tp purchase our items from DFS as they were displayed with the furniture we bought. They wouldn't sell or tell us where to get them. It took a while to hunt them down but pleased we did. The customer service from Housing Units was excellent, keeping us informed of potential delays due to stock availabilty. We were happy to wait. In the end, they arrived earlier than expected and were extremely well packaged. No chance of them getting damaged in transit. Couldn't be happier. We're looking for some more quality furniture and would certainly use Housing Units again. Thanks to all.

HI,
We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We completely understand your frustration when the colour of a product doesn’t meet your expectations.
The product was incorrectly described as white on our website, when in fact the finish is a slightly off-white shade. We have since reviewed and updated the product description to ensure this is clearer for customers going forward.
We believe the item has been returned and refunded in full.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards
Team HU
