The delivery was good the driver was really helpful and happy to place the bags where I asked so I could cut the bottom of them to make sure the shale went where I wanted it too.
Took a bit of time to arrive unsure as to if it is plum slate as the slate i have down is no where near the same colour.
I have been told once it gets wet it will turn the same colour. We will wait and see . Overall great experience.

Good price on the ton bag of decorative stones, and free local delivery too. Love the fact they aren't greedy for profit. Long may it continue

Ordered in stock items online
Ordered in stock items online. I phoned to check the items were available to collect. Went to collect the items only to find they had mistakenly been delivered to someone else. Items were retrieved and delivered to me. On checking the balustrade posts, found scores on all posts. Replacements delivered from another depot a couple of days later. Not the best experience.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your experience with us, thank you for identifying areas for improvement. I will speak to the Derby manager about your issue but it looks like it was just human error in sending your order to another customer. Again apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
Very easy and efficient service
Delivery arrived earlier than expected which was great, unloaded everything quickly and safely allowing me time to move to where I needed it. Very easy to order online and received call to say what day will be delivered.
