I had the pleasure of taking my mixing desk to handi they was very efficient, and helpful with my repair,
They called me back and advised how much the repair would be approximately and said it would take a few days to my surprise, it was ready the next day, many thanks for such a great and efficient service their technican is amazing thank you to the whole team the only thing would have been nice is a receipt showing labour and parts used, just to keep for my records

I am a regular customer at ihandi Borehamwood. Just when I think all is sorted, someone (usually under 14) in my house has another issue with their laptop or mobile. We have had more screen replacements than I care to mention. They are just amazing in there, very efficient and friendly. The latest job was adding memory to my MacBook that I thought I was going to have to replace. Thank you Reza and team, c u very soon no doubt!!!

Been in to see Reza and his team more often than I'd like due to children smashing phone and ipad screens and draining batteries! Super quick, reliable and helpful!

The shop in Bushey is bright and welcoming, as are the staff. My iPad was repaired in the time promised, the service was excellent and the cost reasonable. A real asset to the Bushey High Street.

I have written a review before, a couple of years ago, but felt I needed to come back and add another one because the service here has been phenomenal. I genuinely have no affiliation with these people and no reason to write this other than wanting to sing their praises because they always go above and beyond. My external hard drive broke and it had my entire life on it - pictures of my kids, grandparents, old home movies - everything! It looked like there was no way to retrieve the information but these guys spent all day on it and managed to do it, as well as setting up my new laptop. They always help me if I have something small happen with my laptop or phone and of all the shops in the local area (including Apple), I would always choose iHandi

I have been to this shop with my phone, which they sorted out the transfer to a new device. I then bought a laptop from them and they sorted out all the glitches to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend the team at the Borehamwood shop. An excellent example of customer service, from which many other local traders could learn a valuable lesson.
