Paid 145 for my daughter to get a new screen and a new case (advised on the case by the staff as 'unbreakable') 2 days later the screen 'fell' out. Took the phone back and was told that it wasnt screwed in properly. Ok mistakes happen, no issue, they fixed it. 1 week later the screen 'fell' out again. This time I was told that my daugher had dropped the phone with a lot of force for this to happen. I questioned this as I was with my daughter when the screen fell out and suprise suprise there was no marks on the 'indestructable' screen cover. After 30 minutes of 'debate' about poor workmanship and the previous revisit they once again fixed the phone and said they had to put a new part in for the face ID to work and triend to charge me £60.00 even though this happened because the screen fell out. Anyway they admitted fault and did not charge for the 2nd revisit. Unfortunatley 2 days later and the face ID does not work !!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone !!

I had the screen replaced on my Iphone at the beginning of September. Unfortunately the new screen was both extremely sensitive to the touch and very bright but after going in there a couple of times to complain I came to the conclusion that this is because the replacement screens they use are inferior to Apple's though of course much cheaper and consequently you are just not going to get the same quality screen. What happened last week though was disappointing - effectively the screen decided to come away from the plastic surround its glued to - the first time I went back they tried to clip it back in- two hours later I was back with the same issue asking them if they would offer me a replacement as it was clearly defective. They (Rez in particular) refused to replace it free of charge and wanted to charge me 50% of the original price because they said that I caused it by dropping the phone. I have dropped phones many times but never ever has the screen come away from its plastic surround.... its left a bitter taste - they could have easily agreed to replace the screen but chose to argue the point instead. I have owned at least 5 models of iphone (probably more) and this has never happened previously so don't buy the "I must have damaged it myself" excuse.

Jay and his team in the Borehamwood branch worked wonders on my phone after a boot loop stopped it from working. They explained everything thoroughly throughout the repair process and I would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you!

Fantastic service. My sons phone was not charging. They managed to run tests and fix it within hours at a very reasonable price. Lovely guys too. Would totally recommend.

Took my Samsung galaxy S8+ for a new battery, explained there was a slight bit of damage to the rear, they told me they could do the work without it affecting the damage or creating more damage.
Tgis was not the case and will now knock a lot off the peice when i come to sell.
They didn't even apologise when i picked it up, had to find the damage myself. Far to many other places nearby to go in the future

I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to Reza @ihandi in Borehamwood. My phone completely died and it contained all my photos, emails, banking the lot. Stressed was an understatement. My husband took it in and they'd take a look. The motherboard and other things had broke. It was 50/50 of if it could be fixed. It was! Thank you! 😊

I was not happy with the service recieved the first male who served me was polite and tried his best to help but I realised the wire was the incorrect which I returned and the second male was not happy with giving me a refund and also advised me the wire I was looking for doesnt exist and after leaving this wire was purchased somewhere else.
