Took my iPad Pro to them, just over 2 weeks ago, having been told By Apple that as my 4 year old iPad Pro was out of warranty if I wanted them to repair it then it would cost nearly £600 for the repair, and they would only warranty the machine for 90 days. Seeing how when I bought the iPad originally it only cost about £600,( as I purchased it from Apple when I was in the US),it was quite clear that Apple did not want to repair it but simply give me a replacement.
As I live in Borehamwood and needed my IPad working as soon as possible I thought I would give IHandi a try, as I had nothing to loose at this point. The young guy called Niro met me outside their shop, then took me inside to arrange what could be done. Straight away he thought he new what the problem was and within 24 hours phoned me to give me a quote of £169 to fix it, which isn’t particularly cheap but compared to Apples option of either a new iPad Pro 12” at just under thousand pound or the £600 repair/replacement I thought this, if it works is a bargain. 4 days later I collected my iPad all working properly and looks like it may also have a new screen. Now I am sure it has probably invalidated any warranty Apple may have given the iPad , but as it is 4 years of age and Apple don’t want to repair it anyway, Ihandi was without doubt the best option. A week later after collecting the iPad and it appears to be running fine. The staff in Ihandi where courteous and helpful, and I now have my IPad back fully working.
All in all if I have any further problems with an Apple product out of warranty I would not hesitate to give it to Ihandi to repair, knowing that they will probably be able to resolve the problem. They may not be the cheapest but they are quick and in my case saved an unusable IPad Pro. I couldn’t ask for more.

Had my phone repaired in under an hour. They diagnosed the issue in front of me and made me feel like I was in the loop the whole time. Nice to have a place with such good customer service, will certainly return again.

I have used Ihandi services a few times now I have first used them to change my iPad screen it was a great service I received then I used it again to fix my Xbox and my pc, amazingly both are fixed and working now so just wanted to say thank you guys for benign in my community and helping me every time I am in need

ihandi mange to fixed my MacBook Pro water damaged which I was told no fixable by our store I had many data and I was worry I never be able to get them back but thanks to ihandi they fixed it.i don’t hesitate to recommend you guys

One of the best phone shop i have ever been customer service and the job they do its unbelievable... great job on my laptop repair one my friend local at borehamwood recommended to me... i am really surprised how quick and the job they' ve done ... highly recommended well done guys!

They have NO IDEA about computer repairs. I brought my laptop for a basic repair and they wiped everything of it then blamed me and spoke to me like I was crazy and as if I didn't know I had stuff on my laptop previously. But I have heard other complaints from the local people in the area about them. DONT GO THERE

Great service by iHandi. Fixed a water damaged phone (son had taken it swimming!). Some irreparable damage to the screen but iHandi were honest about this and were great at communicating throughout. They worked hard at a job that wasn't easy and now have a happy customer with a happy son! Thank you iHandi and good luck with your business.
