Customer service abysmal.
I used the chat function to ask a question as my printer didn't recognise the new toner cartridge. One week later and I still haven't heard anything back.

Once again a brilliant service
I’ve used Inkspot many times and they never disappoint. I’m in my 70’s and find their website easy to use, the products are very well priced and perform perfectly. No sooner do I place my order I have a confirmation email and always prompt delivery. At my age I don’t have to leave home, battle carparks and queues. I can’t recommend Inkspot enough. This really is wonderful service, I would not buy anywhere else, ever.
