There are finance companies that exist for so called "0 percent interest" regardless of this company. I can go to any car shop and get any car at MARKET PRICE and get 0 percent interest. All you need is an EXCELLENT credit score. What this company does is so sneaky that I would almost consider it clever. It prices cars at much higher than market value by thousands. It then hands you over to the finance companies (that already exist for any car and are not special to this company). The finance company then checks if you have excellent credit and pays for the vehicle. This company makes thousands of pounds commission by selling the vehicle at much higher than market value when they are not the ones offering the 0 percent finance. Basically what they are saying is, we will take advantage of the people who cant deal with interest by adding thousands of pounds onto the price of cars and then sending them to 0 percent finance companies that already exist for ANY CAR. People just need to know where to look. THINK PEOPLE!

This company has an interesting way to add fees onto your final purchase.

They take deposit to secure the car (refundable) but on the day they’ll sell you a service / maintenance pack “to have the car ready for you” coincidentally the same exact amount on the deposit. When you refuse this addition they came back to me to say - “we’ve already got the car ready for you” and the charge has been applied £250.

Was shocked at these sales-shark techniques and make you feel you wasted their time if you come up to see the vehicle and not make purchase there and then.

I had a sales guy showing me the car and offered to go have lunch to think it over and a manager came out angrily, annoyed at why we wouldn’t make the payment now.

I’d avoid this company. People think it’s interest free - but if you do the math - the cars they value are higher taking so total amount payable is actually the same as a interest based contract.

If I could give 0 stars it would of been more accurate, I have gotten a Vauxhall insignia 2017 67reg, now the first problem is that they have claimed the vehicle had so much add-ons that it didn't have, I have contacted them and just got a rude response back, secondly they've given me a vehicle that's didn't come with a service book or owners manual which is disappointing and I'm still getting no help from them. I promise you they'll just hand you a loss!

Totally annoying agent’s. Please don’t buy from them.

Recently bought my very first car from Gary Templeman and couldn't be happier. I'm a very indecisive person and he was always at the end of the phone to talk through any issues I had. Couldn't ask for more from a car salesman. He explained everything thoroughly and I will always buy any future cars from him.

Please avoid this campany. Go buy a more expensive car even double the price and just avoid this one. I bought a car and paid extra £250 to fet it delivered. So they hired someone to drive it and out an extra 500 miles on the clock. I said its fine. The very first day of me driving the car i got an alarm signal. I rang and they asked me to go and out addblue. I jjst bought the car two days ago they asked me to go and do it. A/C was empty they refused to pay so i had to pay for it myselfe. Engine had a fault they said no it was working when you took it. I paid over £10k just fixing the car and over £17k to buy it. I work everysingle day including saturdays and sundays to pay my debts. Iam in a very bad situation because of this company. Please try to avoid. They are all rude and horrible and never take any responsibility unless its for their benefit. Avoid avoid avoid

Of course, I am getting a car on 0% APR but it would have been far cheaper for me to approach the finance company directly (Hitachi Finance Ltd. in this case) and then use the loan to buy the car independently from an approved dealer.

Here all you are doing is helping me secure a loan and then selling me a car which is way above the market price and in most cases, damaged even at low mileage (fuel misplacement in my case).

Please be clear in your message and dealings with your clients that it's not you who is offering a car interest-free but rather its the lending agency and customer has the option of approaching them directly as he is required to go through background checks which will be visible on his credit report.

Gary Templeman was excellent. Simple, straightforward, sign your papers and leave. Everything explained well. The car on the website mostly reflects what you see. Would go back there again.

I initially decided to purchase a car from them but then l changed my mind because I did want to purchase in cash from another a private seller so Andy was very cooperative and supportive and didn’t blame or criticise me at all and even offered me the refund of the deposit before I even asked for . I highly recommend it to you guys.

This company is so far a hidden gem! The prices and simplicity of taking out a recently upto date car is beautiful. The only reason im giving them 4 stars is because they dont confirm all the details of the car but the good thing is most of their cars are new and no hidden faults. So far have got a car from them. As told it has a spare key. But when arrived it wasnt there. So was promised it will be with me in a day and was posted out to me the very same day. A very sincere thankyou to Rob Gillard And Pete Beech for keeping up the promise and not being some third party company!

My experience could have been better if they would/can appropriately respond to complains.
I was told that my car does have a spare key but I was not given that and was told that they will get it delivered to me. Even after chasing them for 2 months they still don't know where the key is. They keep on saying that there general manager will call who hasn't called yet.
Will change my review once my issue gets sorted.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Phil is the reason we intend on returning in future. He genuinely cares and ensures the after sales services is world class.

Very friendly staff, the cars are very affordables and the finance option is the best as they don't charge interest. However the car wasn't prepped properly as I paid 250£ for service but the car had somethings that could have been checked better. Other than that very satisfied.

The only reason its not 5 star is that it took them a while to send the spare key and i was waiting on that to do this review... overall i am very satisfied with the customer service, the staff, the quality of the car.. the whole experience in general... very helpfull and the process to getting the car is the smoothest, a few years ago i got a finance out on a car and im sure it wasnt that simple. I would definitely recommend, i already have and i would definitely use them again... its a shame that the spare key wasnt there when i came to pick the car up and that it took a couple months to send but i have it now, so thats good.

Still waiting my deposit refund ..... this normally will take between 3-5 working days .
Now it is almost 8 working days and I am still waiting for this £250 deposit to be refunded back to my account. Poor customer service and rude manager.
I will be contacting my bank to report this transaction.
