The staff are so friendly so i can definitely agree with some of the reviews. But you only start to see the effects after some time.These guys claim that the finance is interest free but really thats just a way to hide that your been sold a car that has been previously crashed. I purchased my merc c220d of these guys in 2020 for a total of 16k and since I've spent over 5k in repairs. Not just that but i have been sold a car that was previously involved in a accident but wasnt made aware. I even found documents inside the vehicle that prove it has had a smash. I know it sounds like fun "interest free" but the hassle isnt worth it you're sold something thats been repaired and that massively decreases the worth. But these guys just hide it and make money off it. I wrote a review 4 months ago and i will attach the screenshot but i was asked to contact them and something would be done. To my suprise the email i was provided didnt even accept emails. Please avoid as its been a horrible 4 years for me during this time ive had my first child and that money could of been better spent. Ive spent several days of work just because of this car that was sold to me. Deceiving the public out of their hard earned cash.

I was being sorted out by the one and only Craig Stevenson. The guy is a gentleman. I bought an Audi Q5 and at the moment I have had no problems and am happy with the purchase. I have a 2 year warranty with the car so if any big problems this will be covered. The lease I got is 0% APR this is one of the reasons I purchased it as a I’m a practicing Muslim and don’t deal with interest. Yes it might be costing the same as if I got a car with interest but the main thing is it’s not actually being put down as interest! If you don’t really care about the 0% APR and don’t mind paying interest this is also a good place to get a good deal.

After waiting weeks for pictures for a car and for it to be ready. The pictures were finally up on the website. It was exactly what I was looking for. I called up and was told to start the application online and so I did. I thought After weeks of waiting and being pushed from pillar to post I was finally getting somewhere. I applied online. Within minutes I got a text message asking for my driving licence picture to which I replied within minutes. I didn't hear back for hours so I thought I would chase it up. I called in to be told that they were just waiting to hear back from the lenders and not to worry. I told them the car was not on the website anymore and I was worried someone else has bought it. I was told not to worry and that it wasn't there because of my application etc. I was relieved. I was told that they would get back to me ASAP. This was on Friday. After waiting the weekend I thought I would give them a call as it was now Monday only to find out that the car was sold to someone else. I asked how that was even possible as I had applied and waited to hear back. I was told that I didn't leave a deposit. I explained that I wasn't asked for one and I was waiting to hear back from them. This would of been my 3rd car in 5 years from this company. You would expect some sort of appreciation for returning customers. Gutted would be an understatement.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM BUT THE STAFF HOW I DEAL WITH, HE TOLD ME HE GOT FREE THING FOR YOU [COSMETIC PROTECTION] BUT WHEN I FOUND IT OUT COST ME £499. BEFORE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT, I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, BUT NO ONE SORTED IT WHEN I HAD THAT VOICE RECORED ON MY PHONE.
JUST BECAFULL WHEN YOU HAVE DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

Thanks for the review, it's a little unfair to give us 1 star when you haven't bought a car from ourselves or had any experience with us. I could appreciate a 1 star rating if you have had a bad experience, nevertheless we appreciate feedback both good and bad.

We are very transparent with our 0% APR offer, you may find cars cheaper elsewhere, but our cars are priced clearly and everything is upfront for you to see. Other car dealers may not be as transparent and you will find that along with the interest they charge, there may also be other fees within the finance.

With us, what you see is what you pay.

We hope that you find the car that you want and that ultimately you are treat fairly by the car dealer of your choice.

It may also not be the case that companies are trying to rip you off.

But a little research would show you that this company uses unusually high markups.

0% interest is just a marketing ploy.
